Stayed here for a three day visit, two days at Busch Gardens. First day we arrived before check-in, so went straight to the park. After spending $40 for parking, we realized the hotel shuttle was a far better deal!
Excellent hot food for breakfast, even with a whole high school track team, there was plenty of food!
Pool was very comfortable after a hot day walking through Busch Gardens.
So many happy employees to lend a hand whenever and wherever you needed it! Will definitely be back!

The staff was very kind. The front lady, KEKE, was super sweet. The facility needs updating and cleaning. The hallways were filthy. Our rooms also had not been swept or wiped down. I am also fairly certain one of our beds had bugs. We layed blankets down to sleep on. The door of one of our rooms looked like it had been pryed open. Scary! The neighborhood is so sketchy! It did not feel safe as we walked next door to eat. We didnt have a choice but to stay here because we were traveling with Varsity. Never again. I have also contacted my booking agent. Beware.

Front desk women were absolutely wonderful and so welcoming. I had some trouble with my key card not working but they fixed it right away. The area itself is not wonderful but on the property and driving around i wasnt all that worried. Its similar to anywhere else you need to be vigilant of your surroundings. My friend that went with me is a scaredy cat and she felt comfortable smoking outside at all random hours by herself. I would definitely stay here again, no question.

Staff were wonderful, helpful pleasant. Kitchen staffed kept breakfast area cleaned and stocked.
Access to various TV shows was difficult. I could not seem to be able to type in the channel but had to go back to the channel list. Bed was too high, difficult To get in. I'm 5'3". Woe to those that are shorter.
There was limited space in front, so went to back lot. Virtually all were labeled 'compact'. They were narrow. I was able to get my car in, not a big car, not an SUV or truck. There were a lot of spaces, maybe repaint the lines to make the spaces wider? Lot was big, seemed to be plenty of space

We drove all the way from Atlanta to Florida — 8 hours on the road plus unloading — completely exhausted, just needing a place to rest. Our employer had already reserved and PAID for the room ahead of time, and we even had a confirmation number to make things smooth when we arrived. That clearly meant nothing here.
When we got there, the doors were locked. The receptionist looked at us through the glass with a nasty attitude and yelled “ID!” without even opening the door. No greeting, no basic respect — just straight aggression. When he finally opened the door, he repeated it again in the same rude, loud tone like we were bothering him just by being there.
We explained calmly that the room was already reserved and gave the confirmation number, but he cut us off mid-sentence and yelled, “Y’all have to wait, I haven’t opened the laptop!” The tone was disgusting. I genuinely don’t understand how someone like that works in hospitality. I’m an executive chef working with multiple restaurants in Atlanta, and I’ve never seen someone treat guests with that level of disrespect.
It didn’t stop there. Even though the room was already paid for by our employer — a kind older woman who has been booking with this company for over a decade — he insisted we still had to pay or put a card down. When she tried to explain the situation over the phone, he interrupted her and started yelling at her too. Completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for the business.
The only time his attitude changed was when he realized I was recording. Suddenly, he lowered his voice and gave us the room, mumbling something about not caring and that he’d deal with whoever made the reservation. That tells you everything you need to know.
What makes it worse is that the other employees standing around acted like this behavior was normal. That says a lot about how this place is run.
We asked for his name to file a complaint, and he said, “I identify as Mr. Kevin.” At that point, it just felt like a joke — unfortunately, we were the ones dealing with it after a long, exhausting day.
I will be speaking with a manager in the morning about this situation because this level of treatment is completely unacceptable.
Me and my friend will NEVER come back here, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you’ve had a long day and need rest, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else — or at the very least, avoid coming here late at night unless you want to be treated like garbage.
