  This hotel is really clean. Staff are incredible, very friendly and extremely helpful. Theres outdoor games (mini golf, bags/corn hole, and connect four) that you can play outside as a family. Lots of outdoor seating áreas. Pool área was clean, lots of seating, sun and shade áreas. Gym is pretty decent for a hotel. Bathrooms have Dove body wash, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion in full size bottles. We stayed in a 2 bed + couch with a family of 6- while tight we all still had room. Beds are very firm- my only complaint. Bedding and towels were very clean. Breakfast in the morning included scrambled eggs, premade omlets, cube potatoes, turkey sausage, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, bagel and pastries, yogurt, hot cinnamon rolls and juice. Coffee is fresh made in lobby all day. Only suggestion is the only water fountain/bottle filler is inside the gym, so as someone who refills a water bottle frequently that wasnt convienant, but was still nice to have. Again, the staff was very helpful and kind. There was a nice bar/restaurant family friendly (Riviters) right outside the parking lot that offered good food. There was also another drivethrough restaurant in the parking lot. Walmart within walking distance. We doordashed Pizza Hut and it was delivered to the room in less than 40min.

  Very nice and clean room. Within walking distance to many places to eat and shop. The hotel has a shuttle to the cruise port as well.

  Zero respect for visitors and their time! I drove an hour-plus to ask for a quote at this hotel for 5 days, 6 weeks from May to mid June (for work). The only hotel that said the manager is tied up in a call, send them an email!!! And to mention after I waited over 15 mins in a line So disrespectful because I could have just emailed and not driven. They don’t appreciate loyal customers for good deals for them and me. Vanessa the manager obviously doesn’t have 5 minutes to talk to people in person. Again, this is the only hotel in the area to have done so; the others have treated me so well so far.

  Omgosh I love this place! I don't know why I thought Holiday Inn Express would be humdrum. Its fantastic! Everything is new and smells so clean. Definitely stay here. Soft beds too!

  Arrived late at night around 10 pm or so after long flight. Room was good sized, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good. I wouldn't mind staying again..
