  I travel often and always look for a HIE to stay at. Price is right and the service is great!! This particular place even had coffee all day and free ice cream every evening. Location was good for us for all the places we needed to be and more. I highly recommend!!

  We are staying here for 2 weeks while I go through treatment at Moffitt Cancer. The people that work here are amazing! So far we have worked with Levi, Tafara, Andrew, Lea, Dee, and Sandra. Each one of them have gone above and beyond to help us in anyway possible. We feel lucky to have found such a great group of people to help us out during these difficult times! Please make sure to recognize each and every one of them for their outstanding service 💜

  My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa-I-75 @ Bruce B. Downs! From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The service was truly superb from start to finish. Breakfast was great, and what really stood out was the personal touch. Manager George came over to our table to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of attention made a big difference. Sandra, who was working the front desk during breakfast, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She, along with George, went above and beyond to accommodate a special request we had, which we truly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

  I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa-I-75 @ Bruce B. Downs by IHG! Keegan truly made my stay exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived, even offering me a bottle of water while I waited. I had a special request for a pool view, and he went out of his way to make it happen, which I really appreciated, especially with my late-night check-in. The hotel itself is very clean, and the room was fantastic. Everything exceeded my expectations. Because of the great service and overall experience, I will definitely be back again. Thank you, Keegan, for going above and beyond!

  This is a great Holiday Inn! Check in was fast and easy with the man that’s always in a suit. We stayed for 3 nights and chose this location to be near Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. A few of the hot breakfast items changed while we were there, which was nice. We really enjoyed the nightly ice cream options! They had fudge bars, fruit bars, and Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches. The room was typical. The AC unit was pretty loud, but we didn’t mind too much.
