    The hotel is clean and very nice service. The rooms are spacious and in great shape. But location wise is not so great, do not recommend to go around the area at night and if you get a rideshare is better to wait in the lobby until it gets there. Is a better option for people traveling by car or that has rented one, since the rideshares from there to the more turist spots can be pricey.

    Arrived early. Took a little to have room ready. But overall a nice place. The Wawa right next door has good sandwiches.

    I stayed here on April 4th and paid for a cruise and park package. Our one night there was a disaster, but admittedly not the fault of the staff. A guest got naked and pulled the fire alarm. The staff then struggled to figure out how to turn the fire alarm off. So, we got maybe 4 hours of sleep during our night stay. There were no apologies from the staff, which was disappointing but not the end of the world. The breakfast was also terrible. However, the second horrible experience with this same hotel came on April 11th when we returned from our cruise. I called at 9:20am to be picked up from the cruise port, as the front desk agent had previously told me to do. They informed me it would be 40 minutes. An hour later, while we were the only remaining guests from the cruise waiting for their shuttle, I called to see how much longer it would be. I was informed he was loading the bus again and would be right over. THIRTY MORE MINUTES LATER, the shuttle finally arrived. I cannot adequately express my disappointment with this experience and then also my experience with the manager and whoever the woman was at the desk. She tried to blame me multiple times and claimed we were not there when he tried to pick us up. However, when she showed me their list of people to pick up it was obviously NOT MY NAME because I was waiting the entire time. She never held any accountability nor apologized. Just repeatedly tried to place blame upon me instead of just admitting they were wrong and should've said "hey, we're running far behind it will be an hour and a half." Transparency and communication goes a long way. They provided neither, nor a reasonably resolution for the problem. I didn't get sleep and I waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for a shuttle. 40 minutes was already excessive. This hotel does not care about their customer service nor returning guests. The service provided was abysmal at best and the fact the associate repeatedly tried to place the blame upon me, when she knew she was wrong is honestly insane. I'm so disappointed in the services (or lack of) provided. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

    I was in town for business and this location was recommended. On my second night, I was accosted in the parking lot by a man on a bicycle asking for money. Too many homeless people wandering around the vicinity. Upon check out, the woman at the front desk would not give me my receipt, stating that my account needed to be closed out...NEVER heard of that. She assured me she would email me my receipt...NEVER happened. Called IGH corporate and they assured me they would send me my receipt. STILL never got it. I, along with anyone from my company will NOT be staying at this location again.

    Great place to stay if you're catching a cruise. They have a shuttle to and from the port. The staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend it.
