  I had a very concerning experience during my stay. Two separate rooms provided to me had clear evidence of bed bugs, along with dead bugs visible on the bathroom floor. This is not only unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint but also raises serious health concerns. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the response was equally troubling. The clerk stated that this situation reflects ongoing poor management and even mentioned she only has two days left due to these unresolved issues. That level of internal acknowledgment makes it clear this is not an isolated incident, but a larger operational failure. If guest rooms are being maintained at this level, it raises significant concern about the overall condition of the property, including areas guests cannot see, such as the kitchen and service areas. This matter should be addressed immediately, and I would strongly recommend oversight from the local health department. Until proper corrective actions are taken, I cannot recommend staying here.

  BEWARE BEWARE!! DO NOT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS ON PRICELINE OR EVEN ON GOOGLE FOOL YOU! I am absolutely disgusted by our experience at the Holiday Inn Express. What was supposed to be a week-long stay turned into something straight out of a nightmare. At around 4:00 AM, I woke up in sheer panic because a cockroach was literally crawling on my face. Yes—on my face. It was horrifying, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. After turning on the lights, my fiance and I realized this wasn’t just a one-off—there were multiple cockroaches in the room. It got even worse. We found cockroach babies in the bathroom, which makes it very clear this wasn’t some one off issue—it’s a full-blown infestation. There is no way a room in that condition should ever be rented out to guests. I was completely traumatized and couldn’t sleep after that. No one should ever feel unsafe, dirty, or disgusted in a hotel they’re paying to stay in—especially for an extended stay. When we brought this to the front desk, we were initially told there were no other rooms available. That quickly turned out to be false, because after pushing back, they suddenly found another room. The dishonesty and lack of urgency were infuriating. To make matters worse, we have photo evidence of everything—so any claim that this property “regularly sprays for pests” is clearly not true, or at the very least not effective. There is no denying the condition of that room. Neither Priceline nor the hotel made any real effort to make this right. No meaningful apology, no accountability, no compensation—just indifference. This wasn’t just a bad stay—it was a disturbing and unacceptable experience that ruined our trip. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this level of filth and then be treated like it’s not a serious issue.

  Some of the most comfortable beds I've ever sleep in, the pillows were amaaaaaaazing! Very large clean room. Nice staff. Would recommend.

  The night staff is clueles. I asked if any outdoor electric plugs are there as I have Tesla. She didn't have any idea. Saw a cockroach in middle of hallway and told the frontdesk about it if there is anyone in cleaning staff and she didn't have any answers. Rooms are great. I was able to charge my EV with normal 120v outdoor plug next to side entry door next to laundry room.

  I recently stayed here for my son's competition and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The property feels refreshed, well-maintained, beds are comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The bathroom toiletries were a great touch. Taryn, at front desk, truly stood out. She was consistently attentive, polite, and genuinely customer-focused, handling every request with care and professionalism. I would gladly stay here again.
