Explained to them i don't like giving a card, because hotels aren't reliable (I meant competent but didn't want to get them pissy before I even checked in) and charge my card instead of the lodging card. Well, they ran the card for the room. Putting a hold on $250 . It's insane. "Was a mistake" is what I'm told when I call. I'm tired of other people's incompetence inconveniencing me.

With some renovations and upgrades, this could be a fantastic place to stay. For now, it’s just average.

We even laughed because my “strict aunt” is also named Rita, but this one was the nicest ever. The room was spotless, bed and pillows super comfy. Honestly, for the price, it’s better than many other brands. Great stay!
