    Is it it did not live up to the spark standard that were used to we've been inspired by the spark Hilton's and was on the road and needed to spend the night and pick this one. That didn't even come close to the other places we stayed. Hospitality wasn't there cleaning this wasn't their breakfast was lacking to say the least. Anyway now you know

    My brother made our reservation. He is a gold member. Our house burned down in a fire and we paid for the room on a card Red Cross card. We were covered in soot from escaping the fire.Apparently that negated my brother’s gold status in the eyes’s of Nicole the woman at the front desk. She told us that we would be unable to check in until 3:00 PM in the afternoon and to hurry up and move our vehicle because we were blocking other guests from checking in 4 AM. Being treated so rudely at one of the worst times of my life makes me never want to do business with this company again. The room was clean and comfortable. The pet area outside however was full of ant hills and had quite a bit of trash lying around.

    Had a good night's sleep. No coffee pot or mini fridge in room. The bathroom in our room was very small. We were near the end of hall near exit

    Booked last minute and although I had stayed at other Hilton properties nearby with no issues, upon check in was told due to prior issues with other customers I was being charged a 100.00 incidental fee for the one night. As a diamond business traveler with over 100 nights this year, I felt that they should be able to distinguish between the business folks by the amount of travel. Hotel room was clean although did not feel it was up to Hilton standards If I had to do it over I would opt for one of the other Hilton options in the area.
