I needed to print something, and since there’s no business center, he had me email it to him, printed it, stapled it, and personally brought it to my room. That’s next-level customer service. They also let me check in really early, and the digital key worked perfectly in the app—smooth and easy. The room was clean and clearly recently refreshed. That said, whoever handled the refresh did a bit of “good enough” contractor work—paint splatter here and there, old hardware painted over, those kinds of details. But honestly, at this price point, that’s not what you’re here for. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, no-nonsense place to crash on a road trip or stay for business, Spark Hotel Tampa delivers. Solid value, great people, and a hassle-free stay. Would absolutely stay again.

The entire property is extremely clean and well-maintained — from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms/ bathrooms. My room was spotless, beautifully updated, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything needed. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the atmosphere overall felt safe, relaxing, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town and will be recommending this hotel to coworkers, family and friends. A truly great stay!!!
