    Two thumbs down, if I had more I would give them, stayed 4 nights, not once did some one come to make up the room, notified front desk for the need of new towels, kleenex & Toilet paper, returned hours later to have toilet paper in a bag hanging on front door, upon checking out of hotel, received a charge to credit card I did not make not being on the property. Attempts to call to rectify this problem where futile, was told I would be called back twice, 3 1/2 hours later no call, unacceptable

    This hotel is VERY tired. The room did not feel clean. We stayed on the first floor which was a Riverwalk view but mainly we overlooked the restaurant roof. It was littered with trash. The restaurant had a long wait and was out of a lot of items. The food was ok. The elevator felt dirty and rundown. The bath tub was gross (see picture). We stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping changed out our towels and emptied the trash but that was it. No linen change and did not even vacuum during our entire stay. On the last night we found a little orange maggot like bug on our bed. Google image said it was a carpet beetle larvae. I definitely expected better from a Hilton hotel. The location was great but that is about all I could say positively about it. The front desk and valet crew were very friendly. The restaurant staff were also nice and I felt bad for them when they were out of so much. Our server said “I will be honest, our chef forgot to place an order this week!” The daily charge needs to be used each day or it is lost. We spent $75 on the first night but only got the $25 credit. I assumed it would just apply to the total charges and not per day. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal too! That is another positive but that is it.

    I hardly leave reviews, but my experience was just disappointing. Upon checking in, the front desk receptionist made me feel as if having my emotional support animal was causing an issue for the staff. He informed me to place a placard on my door that specifies that our room had a dog because their staff is afraid of dogs. A simple please place this on your door would have been enough. The hotel was very outdated, almost making me feel as if it was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and closet doors. The images advertised were very deceiving. The curtains and the patio were not even close to the media appearance of the hotel, our patio has paint chipping off and was a solid slab of concrete. You could not enjoy any sort of view. I understood that the valet charge was attached to the total due at the end of the stay, however, I was never told about the amenities fee. Not when booking, not when checking in and not when checking out. I confirmed the charges that will be billed at the front desk when checking out and nothing was said. I would not have known unless I asked for an itemized receipt, which they seemed to not want to provide. The location of the hotel is great, but unfortunately everything else is below mediocre. Very disappointing.

    I paid $44 for valet so I can have my car safe and turn out you paid to get stole, and I am not very happy with this hotel, my very first time staying here, someone stoled something from my vehicle, a $30 scratch off, I should haven’t left in my car if I knew someone would stole something from me, I would park my car myself, I was constantly telling my husband, I left my scratch off in my car I need my car back, he said it will be alright, it was not alright when I got my car back in the morning my scratch off was gone, that ticket could have been a winner as well, and I won’t know because someone from your valet stole it, please look at the cameras and notify me, this is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.

    I will say that this hotel had a wonderful, kind and friendly staff. The men at the front desk were awesome and very helpful. The hotel really really needs some updating appearance wise. The elevators need updating, blinds were missing in the room so the air struggled to keep the room cool, the bathroom needed an exhaust fan. The "credit" for amenities per day is not really a credit from the hotel you actually pay the credit when you check out whether you use it or not...You do have to pay for valet each day but they were friendly and had your vehicle to the front door very very quickly. I would definitely not say this hotel is a 4 star hotel but it was safe and had very comfy beds and a wonderful location
