From the moment of my arrival, during my stay, and right up to check out; they greeted me and other guests, with the utmost dignity and respect. My room was perfect, clean, queit, and equipped with all the modern amenities a business traveler could ask for. Hilton's renovations speak volumes to the care put into preserving this precious historic jewel in the heart of downtown Tampa ... It is a must-see and a must-stay location, I look forward to returning in 2026!

It's also a mess, I waited over 30 minutes one time and 20mins a second time to be waited on and then to get tmmy car was longer. I know the Valet's hussle but the price and waiting is ridiculous.
