  I stayed at the hotel with my husband over the weekend, and unfortunately, I don't recommend it. The room service was terrible, my room was never cleaned, the food was raw and stale, the manager, Taylor, treated me very badly, and she didn't offer any solutions to any of my problems.

  Shuttle bus was convenient and the driver is a super cool guy. Everything else is meh. Pool was closed when it was supposed to be open. Zero vending machines and the snacks from the front desk are overpriced, the hotel is close to the airport but not walking distance to anywhere else. Not much of a view unless you like watching traffic. Beds are comfy enough. Rooms are clean enough. Nice enough place but overpriced for what you get.

  I have been a Hilton Honors member, including Diamond status, for over twenty years. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property. While the room itself was unremarkable but acceptable, the level of service was notably below expected standards. The deficiencies in service were significant enough that I chose to shorten my stay and relocate to another hotel. I cannot determine whether this experience reflects a broader pattern at the property; however, as a frequent traveler who spends more than fifty days per year on the road, I found the service sufficiently poor that I would not recommend this hotel to other guests.

  Fantastic the Hotel is near TIA. It was a wonderful stay and sure to enjoy again. I had to meet pick someone up at the airport and since the Hotel is so close to TIA I was on time to greet him. I passed on to him my experience at the hotel and he then shared his experiences at the Hotel Alba. The room was spacious and comfortable; easy to enjoy...again and again for the next stay. Definitely. The contact person at the Hotel was like a concierge and was a genuine person of exemplary skills and quality, a great associate with great CS skills. The other staff member there at the desk NOT so much at all. Be well. Everyone have a Great Holiday.

  Absolutely fantastic stay at the Hilton Alba Tampa. This is an amazing property with a great layout, clean modern spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff truly makes this hotel stand out. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell the team takes pride in the property and cares about the guest experience. From check in to check out, service was consistently excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. Common areas were spotless and inviting, and the overall vibe of the hotel feels upscale without being stuffy. The gym is solid, clean, and functional, but it is the one area that could benefit from an upgrade or expansion. With a few equipment updates, it would easily match the rest of the hotel’s high standard. Overall, this is a top tier hotel in Tampa. Great location, great people, and a property that is clearly well managed. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
