Great room. Discious. Lots of drawers and clothes storage space. Nice kitchenette. Cable for TV could gd better. Ok not got ABC, CBS, SyFy,BBC and kids channels. We were only there one night so not a big deal for us could be for a longer stay. Breakfast was very good.

Dear Management,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at the Home2 Suites By Hilton - Tampa Westshore Airport. While the hotel's location was excellent for my needs and the staff was cordial, I experienced two significant issues that reflect poor management and training.
First, a night auditor called my room at 1:00 AM on Sunday morning to inquire why I had not checked in. I had to explain that I was already in my room (Room 207) and had checked in on Saturday morning. This call was extremely disruptive, especially as I had to be up at 5:00 AM for a half-marathon. Although I reported this incident to the front desk and the Manager on Duty, there was no follow-up.
Second, our room never received housekeeping service during our three-night stay. When I inquired about the protocol, I was told service is provided daily or every other day, yet neither applied to our room. When I brought this to the front desk's attention, the staff member apologized and cited short staffing, but by then we were already checking out.
As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher standard of service. I hope you will address these deficiencies in management and training to improve the guest experience.

The Television would not work because it was not on the correct source. We needed a tv remote but did not have one in the room. They brought one up and fixed it on day one but kept the remote. After turning off the tv we needed the tv remote the next morning. The next shift didnt have a clue.

So this was an exact copy one one email i set to the hotel, expecting some sort of a reply or remedy. Insted it went unanswered and no contact from management. Clearly i see why and how employees would act as the did. I had several more incidents after the last daye but felt like it wasn't going to get addressed so why waste my time. Anyway enjoy reading the level of service I recieved.
Updated please provide feedback or some sort of acknowledgement.
Recent observations include but not limited to below. I have not combined or added anyone else’s problems or speculation to my list.
Major concerns.
-Witness several housekeepers’ close doors when the go into clean rooms.
-If housekeeper will lie and be dishonest about cleaning a room and calling a guess a liar, how far will the dishonesty go? Stealing valuable goods, medicines.
- Listening to hotel staff complain loudly about guess and duties they have to comply with. (very concerning as a business owner myself)
- Kitchen staff is rude toward guess seen on several occasions and closes early on occasion. Was not open til 10 on holidays
Notable but not major concerns -business center not operational, pool to dirty attempt a swim, over half of laundry dryers not operational.

Told I couldn’t have a room with a tub because they were reservered for people with access requirements.
First cleaning on the 18th 4 days after checking in
*Second cleaning on the Dec 20th very unsatisfactory job. I had to ask for vacuum and Windex
Housekeeper lied saying I declined service in person
Housekeeper said I had a do not disturb sign up
Told front desk show door will not stay closed still not fixed as of 12/31/2025
*Third cleaning 22 December
*Fouth cleaning December 26th after front desk said it was completed on the 25th ( lady talked on phone all day on the windowsill on third floor and didn’t clean anything very long also peanuts were on floor 3 day in front of elevator before getting vacuumed.) on the day of cleaning house keeper confront me with attitude about when I wanted service and I said around 10 would be great I came back at 130 and she was still in room with door closed, which I don’t like but she then said come back I ten minutes.
*28th Dec not cleaned so, I had to ask for towels and toilet paper.

*Dec 30th breakfast kitchen attendant was very rude to everyone; food was gone at 830 and when people ask for anything they were greeted with extreme attitude from your kitchen staff. I asked about food one time then receded as I don’t like to be patronized and talk to like I’m lower than them.
Jan 2 Room not cleaned, told front desk, and was told it would be done the next day.
Jan 3 Towels changed out, bed made. Floor left unvacuumed and no surfaces were cleaned.
Jan 6 not service (housekeeper said I refused service, which I did Not)
Jan 7 room was said to be cleaned but nothing was touched
Although my room has been cleaned a few times, I don’t believe any of the cleaning would pass a quality check. I have cleaned black pubic hair off the bathroom floor as I cleaned it with a towel myself. Kitchen floor was very dirty around edges and carpet remains sticky to walk on barefooted.
After several contacts with the front desk I have not once been offered anything to make it right (not standard for “well make it right or the nights on Us” slogan)just a few apologies.
