the hotel was fine but I never received a receipt. I asked them to email me one when I checked out but they didn't. no big deal. I called to get another one sent and the lady gave me attitude saying they already sent it and that they always send it and it must be in my junk folder. I rechecked to confirm and it wasn't there. The lady hung up on me as I was explaining I hadn't received it. I later received it.

The check-in process could have been better. I attempted to check in at the designated 3:00 PM time, but there were no clean rooms available, so I had to wait on a list for a room to become ready. The room itself was clean; however, hot water was not consistently available. Hot water was present during the early morning hours, but as the day went on, the water would only get warm. I also attempted to use the pool, but the water was unusually warm, making it impossible to cool off during the warm weather. Overall, the hotel was not the best. Due to the issues mentioned above, I do not think I would stay here again in the future.

Ground transportation was a disaster. Called at 3:05pm for airport pick up. Said the driver was not there and had no solution. Next driver was to come in at 4. Then advised driver now coming in at 3:30. After four calls plus calls from other guests who were also waiting, got to hotel a little after 5. Impression was left that they could have cared very little. No real apology. No offer of any compensation such as free drink at bar, free dinner at restaurant, or discount off room. Nothing even though holiday inn guest rewards said they thought the hotel would take care of it when I called them.
So much for being a xxxx level rewards member. Was that acknowledged? Other than you are a member. No points, no welcome gift. Seeing a pattern??
Room was clean, front desk staff very transactional but not friendly/welcoming.
Not sure I would recommend this hotel in the future. It's too bad. Hotel within walking distance of several places for dinner.

Absolutely horrible. Asked for a 30 minute extended checkout and they agreed yet our cards didn't work and we were locked out of our room. The curly brown haired woman at the front desk insisted that my husband never came down that morning to ask. They wanted ID to let us in the room but all our IDs were IN THE ROOM. They never sent the shuttle for airport pickup and we had to spend ANOTHER $20 for a taxi. Paid 19$ for breakfast and they wont let you take your plate out of the buffet area to go back to the room. (Yet we could take our dinner up the night before... Which was awful) We have a special needs 4 yr old and eating in a large, noisy area is not something he can handle. So we had to order breakfast from door dash. Another $20+ spent. This same lady basically refused to take any accountability for any of the issues and shrugged her shoulders when we asked about the shuttle never coming to the airport. Would NEVER GO BACK and NOT RECOMMEND!!

Le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, spécialement Lisa au front desk: très sympatique, professionnelle et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Elle nous a donné des infos qui ont définitivement améliorer notre séjour!
La propreté dans la chambre aurait pu être mieux, mais rien de dramatique. L'eau chaude n'était pas très chaude dans la douche.
Malgré tout, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Toutes les attractions qui nous intéressaient étaient à proximité.
