  One of the Best Holiday Inns Around! This is truly one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. The hotel is super convenient — just a few minutes from the airport — and the rooms are spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The onsite restaurant serve great food with plenty of options, so you never have to leave the property to enjoy a good meal. A big thank you to angel the shuttle driver and his extra services early pick up to take me to the airport. Helped me with my luggage And taking it out for me as well as making sure I was dropped off at the right time thank you. As well as staff and management They genuinely care about guests and go out of their way to make sure customer needs are met, wherever possible. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

  This is the best hotel in an airport zone in the United States. It’s a low key unsuspecting area that allows for a reasonable rate. It has stellar gas station/Subway across the street with the friendlies staff. Great quick restaurants and coffee shows nearby and a mall. The pool area is absolutely perfect and most importantly of all, this place has Ron! This man Ron was the most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in my lif and I have stayed a lot of places. To be honest the whole staff was fantastic and I think Julio was another one of the guys that was great. It’s not everyday you see an excellent operation in action like this. I was hesitant to write a review to not give away the secret but feel like this crew deserves the accolades. Special tip… if you go to the gas station across the street they have coupons for free drinks at Thee Dollhouse (Strip club) across the street. If you like a safe and vibrant fun community to stay in, this is it my friends. Give everyone here a raise!

  This has been one hell of a day leading into the night. We had a midnight flight from Phoenix and arrived from Orlando airport in Tampa around 8.30 , no rooms as guests only checked out at 12, so we went for breakfast as my husband had a meeting at 11 , he had no choice but to go as is and I slept in the car for few hours , we arrived back at hotel around 2.30 and sent to a room that’s floor smelled or sewers and the room wasn’t done yet , went back down absolutely exhausted and decided to get the hell out until Ron showed my husband another room which we took because we were so exhausted , this is the best part as we were walking in to the hotel an older couple were walking out and said don’t stay here , they’ve been shown 2 smelly rooms and then given a key to a room and walked in and a purse was there and very obviously someone’s room as they were in the shower. this could have turned out very bad , so they left. Now our water isn’t draining and we’ve been waiting hours and given up …. This hotel has a huge management issue

  Ich war Amgang der 1990er zum ersten Mal in USA und bis auf den Flat-screen hätte es das Zimmer von damals sein können. Das Personal ist freundlich aber ich habe nach einem Zimmer ohne Verbindungstür und nicht auf den Highway schauend gebeten. Das erste Zimmer hatte beides, das 2. Keine Verbindungstür aber Highway Blick, das 3. War zur richtigen Seite aber wieder mit Verbindungstür. Aber die Wände sind so dünn, da macht es leider keinen Unterschied ob mit oder ohne Tür, man versteht ja sowieso jedes Wort, dass im anderen Zimmer gesprochen wird. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

  An airport shuttle that did not arrive at its designated time ruined what was otherwise a good stay. I stayed on February 9 checking out on February 10. My intention was to catch the 7:00am shuttle to the airport. I arrived at the Lobby at 6:55am. At 6:55, I confirm with an employee, a woman in a red shirt, that the shuttle is coming at 7am. Another gentlemen in Hawaiian shirt and comes down also asking for the shuttle. He goes outside at around the same time to smoke and wait for the shuttle. No shuttle arrived. The gentleman in the Hawaiian shirt comes in and asked the employee in the red shirt when the shuttle is coming around 7:03am and she says its on its way. At around 7:10, still no shuttle and there is a shift change. The new front desk guy says the shuttle came 12 mins ago and this is a blatant lie. He calls the shuttle driver and the driver says yeah he came and will be back again at 7:30am. At this point, I don't trust the airport's shuttle to 1) get here at the appointed time and 2) to come at all. I end up calling an Lyft because hotel's airport shuttle has proven to be unreliable. I would probably not stay here again based on this experience with the shuttle as staying at an airport, one of the most important things to me is a reliable shuttle.
