45 plus years priority club member. The free Room was terrible. Lots of noise and loud music after 10pm. Had to call front desk and tell them to cut the noise in the parking lot out front or let the police know. The police down here don't take crap...and don't get me started on we need a credit card for ancillary charges.

I stayed at that this holiday after I accidentally booked it. It’s far from downtown. When I was arriving to my hotel room, I saw a black man that was slipping pizza vouchers under every door. He reeked like marijuana and the whole place smelled like weed. I later saw him walk out from the side door. Later, I saw another one doing the same thing. I don’t know how or why they would have access to be roaming the halls. It felt unsafe!

I unexpectedly needed a room and was exhausted. Micheal was able to check me in early and was so helpful and kind. I was able to get some much needed rest in a very comfortable room. Thank you so much for your help Micheal!!

If you need a hotel near USF and Busch Gardens- this is fine. The parking fee is $10. We were told we couldn't check in until 3pm because they were cleaning the rooms. However, when we went to the room, the sofa bed wasn't set up. When we removed the cushions, someone's lingerie was in between the cushions. Luckily, it didn't seem to be used lingerie. I'm not expecting a sofa bed to be the most comfortable thing I've slept in, but this one was PAINFUL. The springs were digging into my back. I recommend asking for a room not facing the road as it gets loud at night. If you want a cheap hotel and aren't gonna be using the sofa bed, I guess this is fine. We have hidden the lingerie somewhere in the room for another guest to find. Good luck.

Don't waste your time trying to purchase supposed discounted tickets for Busch Gardens at this hotel. I spent an hour using the QR code at the hotel trying to purchase the discounted tickets; the purchases would not go through. Later, I spoke with a ticketing supervisor at Busch Gardens, in person, who said there is no way around the convenience fee through online ticket purchases which require a third party. Anyway, the room was ok. I did hear man's best friend clicking around on the floor above my room for 2 days. There weren't any major issues but the fridge and immediate area around the fridge in my room were not clean and very dusty. I was told that the bar was open until 10 PM daily and found it closed earlier than that. They did accommodate me however, but the female employee was aggressive with me in tone when asking for an orange for Blue Moon beer (which should come with an orange; it even shows an orange on bottle).
