There are a lot better hotels in the area and I would never stay here again. For the price it is run down after you get away from the lobby. It is noisy from the street. The TV you can not get channels and they don't care. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. Motel 6 would be better.

This was the worst hotel management experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at the hotel at 11:46 p.m. on shorts from a soccer game and found the doors locked. A staff member opened the door and asked me to show my room key. I told him to give me a moment while I retrieved it from my suitcase.
While I was trying to get the key, he stood very close to me. I asked him to step back because he was in my way and I needed space to get the key. He repeatedly said, “Bro, show me the key,” even after I asked him to give me time and also requested that he not address me that way.
I then asked to speak with the manager, and he said that he was the manager. When I asked for his name, he responded that I “wouldn’t know his name.” I proceeded to my room, but shortly after, he called me and told me that I was being removed from the hotel. And the police will arrive. I packed my belongings and, as I was leaving, the police arrived.
My concern is this: why was I removed from the hotel when I was complying, simply asking for time to retrieve my key, and requesting respectful treatment? The staff member’s behavior was aggressive and dismissive, yet I was the one asked to leave.

I was here for 2 nights and I had a good experience staying at this hotel.
There was a lot of free parking locations, the check in and check out was super quick, and it was a calm environment.
The room had everything we need, even an iron and a hair dryer, you can see that in the photos.
Everything was clean and modern.
Just be careful with the tub, it was a little bit slippery.

Clean room. Close to Busch Gardens. Avoid booking on the first floor. No chance of sleeping in with all the noise from the staff working across the hall.
