Would have been great if they'd had a kettle in the room but we made do by using the coffee machine to make a cup of tea. Would have liked my entire holiday to be spent in that particular room which was a fantastic size for my mum, daughter and me.

We were there a few days and only encountered one unhappy employee. But hey it was the holiday season and she must have been exhausted. One really big perk was the shuttle to and from the Bush Gardens park! They drivers were so pleasant! Although the area may seem busy we didn't encountered any issues.

The next morning, when we went down for breakfast, they were out of almost everything except one item. We ended up sitting and waiting for breakfast to be made and brought out. After that, we went back to our room, got ready, and left. When we returned later, the room was still dirty and had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the hotel was very noisy both nights, with kids running back and forth in the hallways and loud banging noises, which made it difficult to rest.
