The rooms have lots of outlets and USB ports. Free breakfast in the morning is the standard IHG fare with omelets, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. the staff was friendly. I was impressed that when we entered our room, the tv had a personalized greeting message with our status and points listed.

They have always let me because I cause no problems, don't make a mess, and leave immediately when I finish but today the front desk guy said no get out. He was extremely rude and gave no explanation as to why I could not use the restroom like I do every morning. He needs either retraining or to find a new job as that is not how you treat people in a hotel.

I was impressed by the assistance I received from the front desk in accessing their Wi-Fi, I was impressed with their breakfast and impressed with the room. I'm a lifetime elite member with both Hilton and Marriott, and I don't get this level of service and accommodations with their economy tiered hotels. I'll keep this hotel in mind whenever I'm in the area again. My compliments to the management and staff over a wonderful stay.
