The reservation was made over the phone, and when I realized they tried to put me in a different hotel than I asked for, I immediately told them not to proceed. They went ahead and charged my card anyway for $270. When I called to resolve the issue, they refused to refund the money—even though I never stayed there and never approved the charge. Completely unacceptable and dishonest business practice. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place.
