  I'm firmly impressed by this Holiday Inn Express. It has been a long time since I stayed at a Holiday Inn and was hesitant about booking this hotel. I was impressed by the assistance I received from the front desk in accessing their Wi-Fi, I was impressed with their breakfast and impressed with the room. I'm a lifetime elite member with both Hilton and Marriott, and I don't get this level of service and accommodations with their economy tiered hotels. I'll keep this hotel in mind whenever I'm in the area again. My compliments to the management and staff over a wonderful stay.

  The room was large but stark with comfortable bed and pillows. I needed to take my medications at bedtime but couldn't find a complementary bottle of water in the room!! It was an inconvenience for me to go down to the lobby and purchase one for $4! Breakfast service ended at 9am. I think 6:30a- 9:30a would be a better schedule for travellers. During my stay, I walked by three different staff members and not one of them greeted me or said "hello"!

  Un hotel muy limpio, moderno, el desayuno tenía muchas opciones, su ubicación cerca al Walmart, Burlington y Target, lo hacen muy bueno, la habitación y baño amplia, hay Blackout para la luz, no hay nevera, pero no hizo falta, hay plancha y mesa de planchar, gracias por el servicio amable

  The location was featured in that it was walking distance from many places but there was some shady areas when walking. I was with my husband so it was fine but thinking about walking by myself, not sure. The hotel itself didnt have change for their laundry area but the shuttle did pick us up from the airport. It took 30 min since it was in the middle of the day but it was fine. The room was nice, had a bath, ac worked well and beds were fine. Breakfast was your traditional holiday Inn express so no complaints here. Lobby and rooms were clean. Overall, I would recommend if takimg a cruise or not renting a car. Otherwise, I would choose a different area.
