  Everything about our stay was great. only issue we had was the wifi kept giving us fits but other than that. Everything was great. It was very clean, very nice people at the desk, nice area around everything, and plenty of hot water and strong water pressure

  I booked the hotel for one night to be in the vicinity of the Casino. Good location with plenty of things to do in the area. The movie theatre being right across the street is a plus. The hotel itself and rooms were clean with no complaints. Check in was a smooth process with Burt. He provided me with all the necessary information about the property and what it offers. I was even accommodated with a late check out with no issues which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

  My fiancé & I travel often and this is the first hotel in the US we’ve stayed at that is top notch. Every staff member is so friendly and caring. The last morning we were there the General Manager stopped by to see how are stay was. We told him he has an amazing crew and should be very proud of them. We will definitely will stay there again when we’re in the Tampa area. The breakfast is also excellent.

  We travel frequently for work and earn points for when we travel leisurely. With that being said, all IHG hotels are not created equally. From the moment we pulled in I was impressed. Clean entrance area. Good parking. Was greeted by a well dressed man. He was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a suite. We are platinum members. Common areas were very clean. Elevator was a tad slow but working. Meaning the door kinda stuck and slow to move. Obviously not a problem just worth mentioning. Upon entering our room I was super happy, it smelled very clean and was very clean. Sheets and duvet, sparkling white and stain free. Coffee was delicious and breakfast was hot and fresh. They do offer ice cream sandwiches in the evening if that’s your thing. Leaving in the morning, again well dressed front desk and he even came into the dining room and asked how everyone’s stay was going. 10/10 recommend! One night or even a week. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a good nights sleep after our cruise! Definitely will be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

  I am using my wife's account as my phone is dead. Last night around 9 o'clock me and my wife were traveling from Arkansas came through Tampa and my little girl had thrown up all of her self. I stopped at this place and asked an African American gentleman if I could get some water? That way I could get my little girl something to drink to get the throw up out of her mouth. I stopped here because I'm an IHG member and these places are usually the best hotel he came off as extremely racist towards me and told me he was the manager that, that wasn't going to happen. So is this the type of people you guys let work for y'all? Racist towards members. I truly hope someone gets ahold of me and makes this right because I have been on the road working for over 15 years and never had a problem from IHG until today. It truly hurt my feelings and made me feel lower than dirt this guys demeanor and the way he talked to me. I would truly hate to blast this hotel further via social media and everything else that needs to be done. Didn't know getting water from you guys was such an issue
