- HSHannah SDec 28, 20252.0I'm not sure if I just happened to get a bad room but my experience was not good at all. Stains on the couch, broken objects throughout the room, marks on the sheets, etc. The bathroom was even worse. When I arrived there was an odd grainy grey substance on the floor of the shower. Just a few hours later the toilet began to bubble and smell before almost flooding over. There was no way to fix this on my end, as this is an issue with the sewage line, likely needing to be snaked through after having been neglected. This meant I was stuck not using the bathroom in my room for the rest of my stay. I eventually figured out the grey substance in the shower was from the sewage, it was bubbling up through the shower just like the toilet. There were also bugs throughout the room and the door had issues closing. Overall, terrible experience, likely won't be coming back unless it's the only option.

- TDT DNov 8, 20252.03:00pm check in but couldn’t be checked in unit 4:10pm. Booked king size room, given double queen. Ac in room not working, waited 30mins for someone to come look at it who never showed back up. People at the desk were fine but because of the circumstances I will never be back and couldn’t in good consciousness recommended this hotel to anyone.
