    Edwin Rivera in the Valet Parking department was invaluable, and went above and beyond to help us. All the staff was attentive and professional. Great service by Chauncey in Che Vita. We will be back.

    Very chilly night here in Tampa, the heat in the room wasn’t going anywhere above 68 even though I set it to 76. It was blowing COLD air! Had a horrible night sleep but too tired to be switching rooms in the middle of the night. Hard pass on this hotel next time!

    Contacted them, they wouldn't let me cancel the room when I was sick and was told by my doctor not to travel. Love to go to Tampa, visit often, but this property insisted that I still had to pay even though I tried to give them way more than 24 hour notice, no customer sympathy or accommodation, going to pay my fee and never think of this location again, would've been great to reschedule for the holidays. Sad to see businesses break long term connections like this over some short term greed. Could've been an easy 5 star if I actually got to stay if they even let me mention a reschedule, but after being patient, the rude staff already massacred the experience, burning that bridge before I can even set foot on it. Places like this unfortunately sully the name of hospitality and customer service. Don't even want to bring my business here either, good thing I found out sooner than later.

    I had an incredible experience during my recent stay at Hilton Tampa Downtown. Valerie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I can’t thank her enough. I appreciate her and I look forward to staying here again when I’m back in Tampa.

    Gorgeous hotel. Very nice staff. Great conference center and food. Loveddd having conference there. Beautiful lighting.. Rooms especially bathrooms a little run down/ dated. Clean though. Pool small but pretty view for sure. Multiple fitness areas. No microwave in room but does have fridge. Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for my conference there.
