    DON'T STAY HERE! Wish I could give zero stars. I knew it wouldn't be a good stay upon arrival. The front desk staff was not welcoming and seemed frustrated. There was dust and mildew in the shower. When turning on the air conditioner, it smelled like sewage and gas, which gave me a headache. There was also a giant spider crawling on the ceiling. When I called the front desk regarding the spider and the air, the response was that I could arrange for someone to take care of it the next day. I was only staying for one night thank goodness because that was no help to me. I was not able to sleep at all.

    I booked a king room a week in advance and when I arrived the night of my stay they told me my room was unavailable due to the hotel being overbooked. I was downgraded to a double room by the elevator and until I asked for a discount they didn’t offer.

    We were using one of the ballrooms for a large event which the ballroom was very nice.However, it seemed that the air conditioner had broken.It was very warm in there. Parking was rather complicated.We had to instruct people at the last minute to use the q r code and then put in a specific room number for overnight.Guests that were at the ballroom. The alcohol prices for the server in the ballroom were high in my opinion.

    Did not meet expectations. I stayed here for several days, and I think many aspects of the service provided are overpriced for what you receive: Breakfast Buffett: $25 + mandatory 18% gratuity for delivering coffee and clearing the table. The menu quality and diversity was slightly better than a free "continental breakfast", but they did a nice job of making the perception of a restaurant feel to justify the price. Parking: $18/day. Their parking lot has ample space, they are taking advantage of the fact that they can charge whatever they want and the hotels around also charge for parking. HVAC: Hotel lost power for several hours one day. It took them about 24 hours to reset the AC to my room only after I requested they do it (it had to be done manually in the room for some reason....old hotel/HVAC I imagine). Heat in the room doesn't work, I wonder if it has to be turned on for the whole building. Either way I tried to turn the heat on when it got chilly and it never worked. Room Cleanliness: Carpet was dirty, room showing age. About 3 or 4 times the smell of weed would come through the vents or be present in the hallway. Opening the balcony door helped until I realized wasps were building nests right outside and I had to close them for my own safety. Business Center: Printer broken...the one thing I consistently need out of a business center. Front desk was nice enough to print for me if you e-mail them what you need printed...but now they have a copy of your companies intellectual property. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Location: Good location near restaurants and things I needed for the trip.

    We travel frequently and Hilton Hotels are normally our go to until now. We should had read the reviews and just stay somewhere else. The customer service at this location is just awful. We stayed at this location for weekend of October 18th. The front desk provided wrong and misleading information about what was and what was not included in our stay. When confronted about the extra charges they refused to acknowledge their mistake and the issue needed to be escalated before the manager finally decided to credit back the amount we were wrongfully charged. We thought that this was the end of it, but a couple of days later for our surprise we saw a new charged from this location in our credit card. When we called the hotel we were rudely advised by the lady at the front desk who answered the phone that she did it have any information and that we needed to talk to the manager the next day. Then after some back and forth we finally received the invoice: charged for broken chair as an incidental fee. We notified the manager that we had not caused the damage to the chair and his response laughing in the phone was that they were going to investigate because housekeeping had found the chair broken after our stay. First the manager mentioned that the chair was broken by the desk, then that it was found broken in the bathroom. They know they are lying and cannot even keep track of their lies, or it is possible that they are using this tactic so often to take money from people that they are not able to keep track. This was escalated to Hilton member support, but they stated that there was nothing that could be done since it was the hotel decision. If you decide to stay at this location, and ignore the warnings, please ensure that you take pictures of everything in the room as soon as you enter and before you leave your room so you don’t fall victim of this type of hotel scam and money grabbing practices. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will contact the AJ for the state of Florida. At this point is not even about the money, it is about the malicious practices.
