I was in this hotel from Feb 13-15 for a conference and upon leaving I forgot my $1,500 blue Italian suit jacket in room 522. I called immediately upon arrival to my home city, stating the issue and was told I would be called back once the suit jacket was obtained. I never received a call back and have been calling almost everyday (till today March 3, 2026) since then and today my item was miraculously found after being told for weeks it was never in the room. I was referred to Arnaldo, the head of house cleaning, and was told he answers his email rather frequently, this was an utter lie. I was then told by Pablo that Arnaldo personally looked for the item and did not find it. However, once I sent one last email, and called one more time stating I will get the police involved and having my attorney on the line, they MIRACULOUSLY FOUND MY JACKET. The house cleaning staff needs a revamp.

Not terrible, but not up to brand standards. The convenience store was very picked over and they didn't restock it, so I wasn't able to get a Diet Coke the whole time I was there. I called for room service twice, and no one answered. A lot of the amenities were just off. Like the water decanters in the lobby were empty and were never refilled. The lobby and the elevators were kind of dirty. I wish I would've booked a stay at The Hampton Inn and saved some money.

Customer service was hateful when we called from
Airport. It took multi calls to even get someone to answer and when they did they was more than hateful. Me and my wife are down here for a business trip we was jet legged and had to wait for a shutter service for 55 mins after they told us twice it would be there in 10 mins . Horrible customer service would Not recommend this hotel and we will not be staying here again !!

I would like to recognize Taylor at the front desk for her exceptional professionalism and attitude. As a frequent traveler, I encounter many different service experiences, and Taylor stands out among the best. She was warm, attentive, and handled everything with confidence and professionalism. Her presence reflects extremely well on the hotel. I would absolutely hire someone like Taylor to be part of my team. She represents the standard of service every guest hopes to experience. Well done!

We asked when we arrived if they sold laundry soap in the hotel store and the clerk told us we could take the shuttle to Walmart. We were downstairs 10 min before shuttle was supposed to arrive but after waiting 30+ min we ended up walking the 1.5 miles to the Walmart/Target area and huffed it back. Once we got back we asked the woman where the laundry room was and she said "we don't have one. There is a laundromat a mile away" (opposite direction of the Walmart/Target we just walked to) I asked why she wouldn't have said that earlier when I asked about laundry soap and she said "well you didnt ask maam" well fair enough lady but still quite annoying you didnt make the connection we planned on doing laundry. So we humped our suitcases to the curb to wait on the shuttle. Again, waited over 30 min when it is supposed to be back on the hour and half hour and no shuttle arrived. Took an Uber to do laundry. Rooms were clean and hotel is nice but odd not to have a guest laundry but moreso that the front desk clerk didnt think to mention they didnt have onsite guest laundry when I asked if they sold laundry soap in the store to avoid the 3 mile walk and lost time when we could've just went to the laundromat to start with was annoying. We always stay at Hilton properties but this one I'll skip anytime I'm in Tampa in the future and find another Hilton property.
