    Ms. Janice at the front desk did a phenomenal job! Thank you so very much for your kind help. I drive for 4 hrs and she made my check in as smooth as it should be. Thank you again!

    Recently renovated. Clean, light, and spacious rooms. Rooms come with coffee maker, mini fridge, iron and iron board. Lobby has a small but adequate bar and restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to I-75, I-4 and Hard rock casino. Did I mention extremely quiet. Great for locals and folks traveling through. I'll be back!

    I really enjoyed my stay here. In particular, Alicia M. at the front desk went above and beyond with her service. She gave me a warm welcome when I first arrived and consistently greeted me with a smile, checking in on me whenever she saw me coming in or out of the hotel. She’s truly awesome! 😊👍

    Having stayed at countless Hilton run hotels all across the US, I have to say that this was undoubtedly my least favorite location!! The night time clerk, Janice, went above and beyond to make sure that my stay for the night was completely intolerable!!!!! She seems to have some sort of a complex and wants the guests to be as miserable as she seems to be!! She had a completely different check in procedure from ANY of the other locations I’ve stayed at. She wouldn’t let the door dash person bring my food to my door but, instead, inconvenienced me by having to go down and get it! ALL of the other locations I’ve stayed at allowed the food delivery person to drop the meal off at the door!! I checked n with a company credit card that has the owners name on it, not mine, and she wouldn’t allow me to check in until I gave her a credit card with my name on it!! Again, completely different than any of the other countless Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at! The hotel itself is run down, in desperate need of repair!! The elevators have plywood as flooring and the panels to select a floor are loose and wobbly!! Completely dissatisfied with this stay, to say the least!!!!!!!!!
