Staff is very personable and accommodating, rooms are good sized, great room and bathroom lighting, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, large hi-def tv, good WiFi, water pressure in sink is good although sink drains slowly, quiet room considering proximity to airport, great airport shuttle drivers very accommodating, fantastic restaurant for breakfast and dinner (Actually I would make it a point to eat here even if I lived in the area), restaurant staff is friendly and hard working, good a/c, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Only negative is the shower. Shower floor is slippery, water pressure is extremely poor, no handle inside shower door, no grab bar making for a dangerous shower experience. Bottom line-I would gladly stay here again.

Talked to customer care on the phone and they were very helpful and said everything was taken care of. My friend gets to front desk and the front desk manager canceled reservation because of an email understanding. Hopefully he gets better customer service training and there is training between who you talk to online vs who you talk to when you get to the front desk. Online was helpful, patient, caring of the situation. Front desk manager, complete opposite. Never had that experience at other Hiltons.
