Room was very clean and smelled good. The lobby had alot of complimentary coffee and tea. We also were giving bottled water when we checked in. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion were provided in the bathroom. Pool was nice, only goes to 5 ft deep. Pool area in good condition and has seating with table and chairs.

Our room was small but adequate. It was easy to check in on the Hilton app. There was a smell of garbage outside to the point that it bothered us. There were people smoking outside by the front doors. In the fitness center, 3 of the 4 aerobic machines were inoperable, and so was the water dispenser. When we asked about this at the front desk, Yaminah did not offer us a solution or an apology; all she said was that the hotel was about to go through renovations and that she'd "let engineering know". I found it odd that there was no message about these maintenance issues on the hotel's page on Hilton's website (that's the normal practice). Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel.

I’ve never had a worse hotel experience. My room (100) was on the first floor right next to the elevator, and the noise was unbearable from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. I could hear the elevator constantly, along with other guests coming and going, rolling luggage, and talking. There should absolutely be some sort of notification to guests assigned to this room or floor so they know what to expect. The iron in my room was broken, and both the shower gel and conditioner dispensers were empty. When I asked the front desk about replacements around 8:30 a.m., the staff member said she had “sent a text message to the cleaning staff.” When I asked how long it would take, she said she wasn’t sure — all while wearing AirPods and carrying on another conversation. It felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive. By 9 a.m., I still didn’t have any soap, so I went back to ask again. Three staff members were standing at the desk talking, including (I believe) the manager on duty. When I repeated my request, the same front desk woman said again that she didn’t know. The manager then walked around the corner, grabbed a new bottle of shower gel, and handed it to me — something the front desk staff could have easily done from the start. To make things worse, one of the pillowcases had a dark, mold-like stain, which was unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. Housekeeping even knocked on my door around checkout time (11 a.m.) to give me a small bar of soap, highlighting a lack of internal communication and urgency. Overall, the combination of unprofessional service, poor cleanliness, and excessive noise made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Good location and some nice restaurants that are not far from here. I would definitely stay here again. Buttt there was hair in my towel so the cleanliness could be improved.
