This is not great, even for a Hampton Inn. It is located right underneath the path of the airport, so planes are flying over the whole time. It was loud and busy inside. The front desk was often left unattended and the attendant was not particularly helpful. I would not stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. We booked at last minute and paid very fair price. Clean rooms. King size bed. Clean hallways. Nice pool, too cold for us to get in but it was well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast area was very clean and organized. Fantastic taco truck 100 feet away!

Hotel was already all set with Valentine's decorations. The only thing I felt like the shower head pressure was a little low. Night staff at the front desk was beyond nice and friendly.

This place is awful. Breakfast is especially bad (even for a Hampton). Rooms are old (our window shade broke the moment we tried to use it). Worst of all is how extremely overbearing the staff is— they closed the lobby at 10pm and cleared it of customers, though a few people were watching a national championship semifinal on the lobby television (never mind that the game was still going on). They closed the exercise room at 10pm, claiming that it “sent vibrations through neighboring rooms” (though the adjacent room was an empty conference room). Several of the exercise machines and water filter were broken anyway. Inflexible, overbearing staff, really unfriendly place overall. We will never stay at this place again, and strongly discourage anyone else from staying here.

I checked in on Dec 31 and the check out was Jan 1. Now it was New Year’s Day and I requested for a late check out. There was an issue with the booking so I came down to see the rate of the date of Jan 1 to Jan 2 with the person at the front desk. I informed her let me consult upstairs and I will be right back to make a comparison with the rate we get. I left both keys with her. I came back down and she informed us she checked out and will just rebook. I asked her if it’s ok to transfer the name under my name and she said it shouldn’t have an issue. Now she was taking quite a while since she was new so I gave her the benefit of doubt. I left someone else to stay with her with my ID and credit card while I went to get gas and to the store. I came back and the front desk was still working on the rechecking in. The other person called me to see if do I still want to stay here since she is still working on the rebooking. That’s when I came back and see what was occurring and why it was taking a while. The woman assisting us said that there was an issue with our rooms and that the house keeping didn’t want us to stay with the same room and I was informed that the cleaning lady went into our room without our consent. Our jewelry, cash, and emotional support dog was there. I did not want the house keeping there without us putting away our personal items like I usually do before room cleaning in any hotel. The woman at the front desk requested for help with the manager whose name is Ladreka. (Called the hotel to get her name). She came and said there was a language barrier between house keeping and the front desk and that everything is resolved. Now the other person with me becomes irritated but not disrespectful or loud of the time they were there waiting which is quite a while than your normal recheck in. The establishment can check the cameras for confirmation. So we were asked if we want to continue to stay and I let the other person decide which while he was thinking “Ladreka” said I’ll make the decision and I’ll check you guys out. The other person and I get frustrated because after this long ordeal she didn’t let the other person time to decide. She continues to say she will check us out. She mentioned there were complaints and etc. My question is if these complaints were made why didn’t anyone come to the room and say anything or give us a call? Why didn’t front desk say anything as we were trying to book the room again? Why must you say you’ll make a complaint after I said I was recording to make a complaint. I was recording from the time in the front desk till the room opening. She even says I’m not scared of you while I recorded and explained to her that’s in the video that I am recording to make a complaint. She opens the door and pushes the door open and says oh and you guys have a dog as well. Yes that’s my service dog and starts barking because she opened the door and he didn’t see me.
The establishment needs to hire an actual professional manager that knows how to deal with people with good hospitality and with respect and not have a bad attitude. If someone was waiting there for quite a while waiting at least give them enough time and decide whether or not they want to continue with the reservation before making a decision and kicking us out. (It wasn’t past two to three minutes that she said she make the decision for us. Ladreka is very rude, arrogant, and I advise anyone to go somewhere else to stay if they want to be treated with respect. That’s not how hotel management works and we weren’t disrespectful nor being loud. I travel a lot and never ran into someone disrespectful in all the hotels I been to.
