    After a horrendous 8 hrs drive from Fort Myers(bad accidents) we made it to the hotel 4 hrs late! Our service was fantastic! We we hungry & the hubby was just going to order a pizza. Ty, the night mgr suggested the restaurant behind them, Bahama Breeze. We went, had a great dinner & we’re back in the room & asleep 2 hrs later! Our room was clean, quiet & the beds were comfy. We had the “penthouse” without the view HA!

    Charges bogus $1.50 marketing fee. Not sure how that makes any sense Edit to respond to hotel’s response: I already contacted hotel and they said “I'm sorry but this is not a charge we get to remove, it is added on to every reservation. -Casey”

    We are honor members and have stayed at a lot but for the amount we paid not worth it. Walking around in the room directly out of the shower the bottoms of my feet are gross

    One of the best Hilton experiences I've had in a while. I stayed here the night before flying home and they nailed it. When I checked in, Ty greeted me at the front desk. Ty is exactly the type of guy you want spearheading the operation and is the reason for a 5 star review. He knows how to do his job well and I could tell he was (effectively) juggling a few things at once. I was flying out the next morning (very early) and without me even asking about it, Ty suggested using the shuttle the night prior to make things less stressful (which ended up saving me a full days cost). He then went on to suggesting where the closest and cheapest place to gas up was (again...without me asking). He coordinated the pickup at the airport and then the dropoff the following morning and offered further advice about timing when to leave and he was spot on. He was very pleasant to deal with, gracious with his time (even though I could tell he was coordinating other guests needs), extremely organized, and was just a model for what all front desk staff could be. The hotel and room itself was nice and clean. The shower had surprisingly great water pressure (after staying in FL for a week this was a luxury. The parking lot was very well lit/felt safe (as did the surrounding neighborhood). I wish I could speak more on the property but I only saw it in the dark. Overall a very nice stay and I plan to come back again.

    I stayed here for one night before heading out on a cruise and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The comforter appeared to have red stains ( wasn’t sure if it was blood ), which made it seem as though the bedding had not been properly changed. In the bathroom, there was visible fecal matter underneath the toilet lid, clearly left behind by a previous guest. When I went to get towels, there were hairs wrapped around what were supposed to be clean towels. Additionally, the sliding bathroom door had what looked like fecal stains on it?? Regardless of what it was, I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room .The room also had an unpleasant odor that made the stay even more uncomfortable. For the price I paid, this level of cleanliness and maintenance was completely unacceptable and not worth the cost. While I will say that the customer service was friendly and the breakfast was good, those were the only positive aspects of my stay. Unfortunately, they do not make up for the condition of the room itself. I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but my experience was far from what I expected. I left highly disappointed and would not recommend staying here. I strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the reviews before booking.
