    Service was fast and friendly, they even gave a treat to my young daughter. Shuttle to the airport was prompt, though the driver of the shuttle was actively texting while driving.

    Great Place to stay. Extremely accommodating. Check in was timely my plan was one day using third Party. They worked with me checked me in my split from work. Using Third Party on NewYears 2026 they treated me like a Hilton Dimond reserve. I took a bus around corner in front of the steak house to my downtown venue super fast better then ride share bus 10. Then being night after New Years Annandi ask if she could get be breakfast at 1130. The coffee was perfect no breakfast needed. After Dancing to Sofi Tukker all night realized leaner is better for dancing There are many Problem Hotels in Tampa.This not one if you can book this hotel do it. My room had perfect refrigerator,coffee maker amazingly clean crisp sheets perfect mattress parking was easy. Also you can walk to an airport bus or 2 motel buses and if Starbucks matters it is next to the hotel and aaa is across the street.

    Great job by the staff and management. Very impressed with Annandi. She periodically checked in with me to ensure my stay was going well and if I had any issues she could help with. This is a best value hotel and customer service is alive and well. Well done Team!

    From the moment we called for our shuttle, Annandi was fantastic. As a Diamond member, she really took good care of us. We loved the cookies and breakfast was well stocked with lots of options . Pat took us to the mall which was a great perk. He was helpful and very sweet. I travel often and I will definitely be back.

    Overall, I would give this hotel room a 4. The staff has been very friendly from check in to convenient shuttle service. We gladly give 5 Stars there! We have just a few areas that are disappointing! For one, the room is too small for two adults. We can't even open up our two suitcases while keeping them out of the way. There are no fold out luggage racks; but even if there were, there just is so little floor space, they'd be too crowded too. I don't like putting suitcases on the beds (lovely white linens) as they've been through multiple airports...ewww! Space in the room gets a two star. Unpacking from the floor is not what I expect. The worst thing about this room is the extremely odd toilet level. It's at " kindergartener" height! Seriously. It's one thing to not have a 'comfort height' seat but as seniors, this is the lowest I've ever seen outside of an elementary school. It also flushes terrible; requiring a few times each time!. One star on that feature! Other than that, we will be fine here for the next three nights before we board our cruise ship.
