A brand new hotel opened in April 2020, find us off I-75 just east of metro Tampa in the Brandon area. Topgolf and Westfield Brandon shops are a mile away, and downtown's Riverwalk and the Port Tampa Bay cruise terminals are a 15-minute drive. Fuel up on free hot breakfast before a day at Busch Gardens, 20 minutes from the hotel, or check out our outdoor pool when it's time to unwind. WiFi's on us.

    This hotel was fantastic! The staff was amazing very helpful and incredibly welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. There are great restaurants within walking distance, and everything else is just five minutes away, including the mall, Walmart, Publix, Topgolf, and Dave & Buster’s. My family and I had a wonderful time!

    Fantastic staff! The manager Dari, helped me with all my traveling needs I forgot a few items which they had complimentary or for sale at the front desk. I slept well, my kids swam in the pool so thank you for having a pool open during winter! We were visiting family for the weekend who were there for a soccer tournament. We enjoyed playing games in the lobby and the young lady was so kind at breakfast in the mornings. Thank you for a great stay just what we needed. Your staff is amazing!

    We are Hilton Honors members and we reserved a room for 3 nights, 8 weeks before our stay. When we get there, my sister booked a room for 3 nights, for $180 less than I did, she is not a member. I requested a price match and the manager said she could not help me with that because it was a no refundable rate, I was only asking for a price match. So being a member doesn’t help.

    DO NOT book non refundable. Make sure you wait until a few days before you stay to get a much better rate, at least 40.00 a day. The manager can do a price match but refused to do so even though Hilton corporate told us that the manager can just make the adjustment. Manager was uncaring and dismissive of anything we had to stay. She was also un ware that Hamptons are apart of Hilton. She said the app we used which was Hiltons, was a 3rd party app. Which it is not. Now the dinning area. During breakfast the tables were not cleaned off so you had to clean the tables off yourself and this is right infront on the front desk where the manager is standing so you know she sees the mess.

    I am a very uptight individual, and sometimes it takes me a while to be calm. When I walked into the building, the front desk lady gave me a smile and helped with all my needs. My travelers anxiety drained. The room was perfect, and clean, it was like staying in a brand new room. My only issue is that I couldn’t meet the individual who cleaned the room to thank them. The breakfast was perfect, and made a great start to the morning. And after coming back to the hotel around 10-11 from work, I still got a bright smile from front desk. The small stuff goes a long way. And I appreciate that they take the time to make sure that you are taken care of. I wish I remembered specific names to give them all a shoutout. Thank you to everyone for making my business trip so much less stressful and made it enjoyable and comfortable.
