Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa-North is an award-winning hotel just off I-75 in a quiet natural preserve business district in Tampa Florida. Our hotel is located 15 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and 19 miles northeast of Tampa International Airport. Local area attractions include: the Museum of Science and Industry, Hard Rock Casino, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoo, Ybor City, USF Sun Dome, Florida State Fair Grounds, Ford Amphitheater, and Florida Aquarium. A number of local restaurants are located within five miles of our Hampton Inn hotel.
The Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa-North hotel in Florida features four-stories, interior corridors, 126 hotel rooms - including 38 apartment style suites, an outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness facility with cardio and weight resistance equipment, Treat Shop, and a guest computer. Our hotel is ADA compliant with ADA guest rooms available and ADA pool lift. Hampton Inn amenities include our complimentary hot breakfast in-room coffeemaker mini-refrigerator microwave hair dryer voicemail HBO 32-inch flat screen TVs with HD channels irons ironing boards and wireless Internet access. Connecting rooms cribs laundry/valet services guest laundry and meeting facilities for up to 20 people also are available.

Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service at the front desk from Christina Hardord. There was only one guest ahead of me, and the desk was not busy, yet I was met with no smile, no welcome, and a very unwelcoming attitude. I addressed how I felt about the way I was being treated, but she did not apologize or make any effort to change her tone or attitude. Overall, it was a disappointing first impression.
