Our hotel is ADA compliant with ADA guest rooms available and ADA pool lift. Unfortunately, I received very poor customer service at the front desk from Christina Hardord. There was only one guest ahead of me, and the desk was not busy, yet I was met with no smile, no welcome, and a very unwelcoming attitude. I addressed how I felt about the way I was being treated, but she did not apologize or make any effort to change her tone or attitude. Overall, it was a disappointing first impression.
