- TVTravelanddine vm5 days ago3.0El hotel es bonito, se encuentra en una zona ideal si vas a Busch Gardens y cuenta con servicio de transporte al parque. El servicio de Miguel, quien conduce el Shuttle es sobresaliente , es muy amable y eficiente. El único problema que tuvimos fue que al llegar nos recibió una recepcionista que desde el principio se notaba enojada, llevábamos una reservación garantizada con una tarjeta de crédito por 3 habitaciones , pero solo queríamos hacer check in en una por que las demás personas no habían llegado y no queríamos pagar en ese momento el total de todas , le explicamos a la señora (Ángela García) a lo que contestó sarcásticamente que teníamos demasiadas preguntas , no quiso ayudarnos y finalmente pagamos y subimos a nuestra habitación. Le comentamos que tenía mala actitud a lo que solo sonrío y dijo gracias . No volvería a este hotel .
- SGSean GildeaJan 6, 20265.0We stayed here 3 nights for our trip to Busch Gardens and St Pete. Our room was beautiful and clean. We faced the back and it was very quiet. Never heard any cars. The staff was super polite and friendly. The breakfast was great too — consisting of scramble eggs, biscuits, bacon, cheese, waffle maker, bagels, cereal, yogurts, hard boil eggs, juices, etc. overall we would stay here again. We took a Lyft to Busch gardens because their shuttle wasn’t running that Tuesday. It was only $5-7 each way.
- GGgreedymuppetJan 6, 20265.0So clean and updated. Everything is modernized. Staff are very friendly, the outdoor pool feels like a hot tub, and the breakfast is yummy. Not easily walkable to Busch gardens but they do have a shuttle service from Thursday through the weekend, I believe. Otherwise Lyft or uber are only a few dollars. The hotel in general is very clean.
- RARikesh AminJan 4, 20263.0Nice rooms with laminate flooring (easy cleanup), mini-fridge and microwave (excellent for leftovers). However… warning I do not believe ANY? of the rooms bathrooms have a lock to them nor do they have vents. If you are traveling solo then it’s okay but there was no expected privacy with small kids like mine (daughters 3 and 6). Also BYOP if you can - the ones given are super soft. Needed at least 4 to be comfortable. Location was great with shuttle to Busch Gardens, 15 minute drive to ZooTampa, and 30 minutes to Aquarium. Plus a lot of food options within 10 minute drive - helps when wife is vegetarian and kids want different cuisines. Breakfast for pretty good with waffle bar, decent hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes) or standard continental breakfast. A pleasant surprise was the heated pool… but one of the large bushes is missing so there was little privacy as it faced the parking lot. Gym was pretty good with variety of machines and free weights. Overall good value, but the bathroom situation was definitely not ideal.

Gutes Hotel mit grosszügigem Zimmer. Aber das Morgenessen ist nicht so gut, wie es versprochen wurde. Aber auf jeden Fall gut für 1-2 Nächte. Wir gingen am Morgen zu Fuss in den Bush Garden. Es war ein 10 Minuten Marsch, der gut zu absolvieren ist.
