The elevator needs some maintenance as it didn’t work very well. The breakfast is ordinary and advised to be skipped. There is parking available at the hotel. The fitness area is spacious however some of the treadmills didn’t work however there was early AM staff member who worked hard and made it work. He is real star. These five stars for him to work (went on the phone and kept working on treadmills at 5AM) hard and made those machines worked.
- JJJanaJan 24, 20265.0I stayed for a night for a solo trip to busch gardens (coaster junkie). The women at the front desk were very kind and the interior was clean. I arrived at 11:30 and they told me my room was ready and I could check in early. I checked in, took the complimentary shuttle to the park, and stayed until 7:15 when the driver, Miguel (the absolute best driver), came to pick me up with complimentary water. I felt safe and it was perfect for my busch gardens trip. I can’t speak about the surrounding area bc I didn’t go anywhere other than the park, but there was a mcdonald’s across the street that would be easy to walk to. They had complimentary breakfast which wasn’t my favorite, but I did enjoy the waffle.
