The room was dirty, the phone was broken, the bedspreads were stained, and the shower curtain had visible fecal stains (I have photos). I was moved to another room after being assured it would be deep-cleaned; however, the second room was no better. I still had to request housekeeping assistance to clean the toilets, which were heavily soiled with urine, and the bathtub was visibly dirty. Ultimately, I was forced to purchase bleach and personally clean the bathtubs in both rooms. Neither room appeared to have been properly vacuumed. Additionally, the pool was out of service and could not be heated, despite the property being advertised as newly renovated. I was also charged for parking even though I did not use the parking deck. At check-in, I was not informed that parking carried a fee, and it was presented as if there was no cost. When I attempted to address these concerns with the assistant manager, Glenny Cordova, her demeanor was rude, dismissive, and lacked any concern for resolution. Due to this experience, I will be sharing a detailed review across Google, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms, especially since I was denied corporate contact information when requested. The only positive aspect of my stay was the breakfast and breakfast staff, who were professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, the remainder of my experience was extremely disappointing.
- TTTeeDec 10, 20255.0Night manager was super helpful with items we needed. The shuttle to/from airport is convenient and quick enough, but plan ahead. Hot Breakfast each day is a nice add-in. The gym is clean and easy to find. Room was clean. Their sister Hilton Garden Inn hotel has a restaurant on-site for ordering pickup, COAST, and was quite good. COAST was actually better than World of Beer next door which we tried first. Could not get the "delivery" option to work for us, but oh well, food was good and was an easy walk next door. It is not conveniently located to much except Raymond James stadium, in our POV, and for out of town tourists though and required Ubers to/from downtown, riverwalk, Ybor city, etc. All good. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely for the holidays with Tampa vibes. P.S. GET NEW PILLOWS. those things are beyond bad.

Instead of telling me she was sorry, she worked for an hour trying to help my husband pay from a different state through an authorized email. My son and I are so grateful for your amazing service during one of my most embarrassing moments ever!! We travel to this airport several times a year and you have us as a permanent customer!! The hotel is decorated so beautifully for the holidays!! Best service I have ever had!! What an amazing person!! Happy holidays!!
