A little out of the way from the airport/cruise ports, but the hotel is a 10/10. Super friendly staff & very well kept rooms!
Free shuttle to/from the nearby casino if that’s your thing!
Lovely experience from the start! We walked in and were greeted immediately by Lajaysha with a smile, and a speedy check-in. We were provided with enough key cards for all 3 of us, and had no problems scanning them in. The lobby and hallways were so cute and unique, but above all they were very clean. Elevator was smooth (big thing for me as they freak me out), and our room was so spacious and spotless! The AC did make a pitiful wheezing sound when it cut off but it wasn't that big of a deal, we honestly found it amusing. The pool, although too chilly to be of use in February, looked beautiful. My family & myself were visiting Tampa for the Boy George concert at the Hard Rock Event Center, so of course we dressed the part. I'm sure we looked ridiculous but the staff were lovely to banter with, and were so sweet when we walked down! We didn't stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Tampa! :)
5 stars in is class. Mid to low range. Room was clean with plenty of room. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The free breakfast chef/attendant deserves applause and a raise. She recognized guests needs before they did! She kept the nook area spotless, and filled with hot fresh food. There wasn't a square inch of her area she wasn't proud of.

This Hampton Inn is boutique hotel that is so clean and offers everything.
Rooms are perfect with a separate sitting area. A little store that offers food and essentials. A very nice pool and sitting area outside with rocking chairs!
A free breakfast that was fresh and very good.
I cannot say enough good things.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Renee at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful to me and my son when he was stranded in Tampa with car trouble. I was trying to get him a room for the night - it was late- he is 19 years old. I called ahead and paid for the room in full. I made sure he could check in the room, speaking with her in advance. Then when he arrived, she did not allow him to check in. I called her back, and her attitude got more rude by the minute. By the time our phone call ended, she had changed the hotel “policy” to not allow anyone under 21 to even stay in a room at the hotel. Basically she just had a bad attitude and did not want to help. Very disappointing experience. There was no need to be so nasty to me on the phone when I was trying to make any payment or accommodation in advance to guarantee the room.
