They have a free shuttle to take you anywhere, even Bush Gardens- a ten minute drive. Excellent food in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet/omelette station is super good. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The tub drain was clogged so at the end of our shower the water was over our ankles. We booked a “Wellness “ room, which comes with an air purifier. But the ceiling vent was so covered with dust, I doubt it mattered. Fortunately our stay was one night only. We won’t be coming back.

Nothing was said about paying for parking. Did not see the “ticket” on my windshield until a day later, while parked at the VA hospital, they said they don’t charge for parking. I call BS. $13.00 parking, $5.00 service charge + tax. Not a happy customer…

The AC in the room did not even work/circulate properly. The shower couldn’t stay hot for 30 seconds along with poor shower pressure. The microwave in the room was missing pieces. When I pulled the fridge so I can plug in the microwave, there appeared what seemed to be mold and water damage to the cabinets next to the fridge. Good thing I was only there for a night. As a diamond member definitely the worst experience I’ve had.

I put my room to 65 degrees, and it won't go below 78 degrees. I've been to customer service desk 3 times. They promised me a box fan but never did get one. It's been 5 hours with no accommodations. The front desk people are liars. This company owes everyone refunds. I cannot believe they are charging people full rates for these less than minimum standards. Unacceptable for a pricy name brand hotel. I won't be getting any sleep tonight. Do not stay here and waste your money. The rooms aren't even clean if you ask me. (Hair all over the shower and broken tub.) I will never stay here again and will be fighting this credit card charge. rave about I usuallly
