I went to the front desk to see if I can get another room or if they can fix it and they said the maintenance guy would come and fix it but he never came and I slept in a hot room. - UUUlises Cardona (Uli)4 days ago5.0This is the third time VA has placed me here for my appointments since I live in Palm Bay(almost 3 hours away). The hotel is kept very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb with a happy to serve you staff. I comment them for being so happy and cheerful so early in the morning. They're on top of keeping everything clean and organized. The staff is super friendly and help you in any which way possible they can. The room was spacious, super clean and the bed super comfortable with no shortage of pillows. I haven't stayed long enough for the happy hour they offer but I'm very sure the staff is just as friendly and serviceable as the breakfast crew.Shuttle service available and the driver is very safe, friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone staying in the area. Very close to the VA hospital, University and Bush Garden's. If your looking for a very nice place to stay with great services and awesome staff, this hotel is worth every penny. Highly recommend. Can't wait till next stay.
- TTtrl1971Dec 29, 20255.0Another Busch Gardens vacay. This hotel is set minutes away from the BG parking lot. Unfortunately, this hotel charges for parking. I believe it’s $12 a day. Besides that the hotel itself looks spectacular. Our room was nice, the public areas were clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a chance to check out the fitness center, pool, and meeting rooms though, but I’m sure it would look nice too. They provide free breakfast from ~6-9/10am and free snacks at 6:30-7:30pm for guests. They have a small convenience store across the front desk and a restaurant on premises. Another issue we had was that had requested 2 more pillows and 2 bath towels. And we didn’t receive it until I spoke to a housekeeping gentleman directly. 4 requests were made prior.

At 6 asked for more towels and blanket was told they didn't have housekeeping and to come to front desk. Went to front desk only had 1 bath towel and was told to use pool towels. 10 minutes later house keeping knocked with sheets for the room next door but knocked on our door instead. At 9:30pm housekeeping finally showed up with towels after my kids went to bed. Location was great for busch gardens. Have to pay for parking at hotel. Front door was stuck open ans needs to be fixed. Long lines for egg station. Elevators were fast didnt need to wait long. Ran out of beer at reception one night got half a glass. Snacks were ok. For the price I'd stay elsewhere for a better stay and exspierence.

The bartender was perfect every night that we stayed. She gave the best service during happy hour. The breakfast every morning was perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back. We caught the shuttle to Busch Gardens and that was an amazing and safe experience. The only issue that I hurt with this location where that the actual showers were a little outdated and that is clean as they could be.
