3 night stay. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and made to order eggs. The breakfast staff was great, cheerful (especially for early am) and kept things running smoothly with big crowds. The parking was valet only and expensive. We had no problems other an extended line of cars at drop off one night. Good service from Chandler. However, they do offer parking for non-guests and events and I could see this as a big problem/wait after a concert, arena event or convention. The hotel was in a great location close to everything. However, it's probably time to think about doing some updating renovations. The rooms are getting a little tired. The sofa in our room has seen better days. Looks like there's some water leak damage problems in the top floor roof area. The pool deck area and seating is very limited and small. Housekeeping never cleaned our room the entire stay. They showed up around 4-5pm the first day when my kids were in the room getting ready. They were asked to come back in and hour and we never saw them again the rest of the stay. Whenever, we needed towels, soap, TP, trash emptied, we had to call the front desk or make the trip down to the lobby. They took care of it but, housekeeping should have done it.

Had a great visit at Embassy, they made a great impression on me from the moment I entered the valet area . Eric was so kind and prompt, very helpful to me upon arrival. Soon after I had to get my car unexpectedly and he was on top of it, I had my car in no time and he even helped me put a few things back in my car I needed for a quick errand. Great service from the start is sometimes easy , but when it continues I see a pattern of excellence. Thank you Embassy and thank you Eric

Excellent location if you're going to a sporting event at the Benchmark Arena,or another event at the convention center. Some rooms have 'side views' of the water. Room was in fairly good shape. One room problem reported to front desk just after check in (and again the next morning - was not resolved during our two night stay. The bar is pricey, but good. No 'key checks' at breakfast, or manager's special at the bar. Had a sneaky suspicion that many of the people at the bar for the manager special were not hotel residents - line was a firm 20-30 people deep for an hour on a night with a hockey game right across the street. Pre-paid for valet parking, but parking company (PMC) charged us again, so check your receipts. Resolved double charge with PMC the next day.

Worst experience, unfortunately still I am here for 1 more night, with no help. As we checked in we found that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the shower, there were no tissues, Toilet flush was not working, TV is not working. We complained these things were sorted but worst part was the room wasn’t cleaned next day towels were not replaced. They were on the floor genuinely disgusting and disappointing go the front desk to complain but hasn’t been sorted why would we pay so much and get this pathetic service. Now to add more: Went in the night spoke with the night clerk to complain about towels - got an answer that he just started 20 minutes back and does not know what to do and asks me to talk to his manager Andrea, sends in a housekeeper who brings 1 towel for 3 of us, and does not speak a work od english took me a lot of patience and 3 minutes to explain that we need 3 towels. Called in after reaching home and spoke with Andre over the phone as per him all my complaints i should have told him when i was there has charged me USD 35 for resort fees???? Resort Fees not to degrade anyone but I would rather live in a motel then this piece of junk with junk customer service with no apology but rude, nasty behaviour like why would someone even open a service business real nasty, i wish i can use bad language but any and every word which you can think off is on this resort of a hotel. Please save your money do not book at this place, i will keep posting onvarious platforms as and when I have time as I feel they have robbed my money and time but social media is my only option to fight this pathetic hotel

Came here to say how fabulous the valet team is. The gents that held my bags while I parked the car upon arrival, and the folx that held them again during car retrieval. Particular shout-outs to Sabrina and Natalia! Thank you! Management is deficient in not giving the valets a QR code for tipping. Several other places in the hotel have QRC signs for those functions such as the custom omelette station. Room was ok and nice enough — not quite up to Hilton Embassy Suites standards. Coffee cups that all leak out the bottom, bad TV remote, no TV guide — no ability to see what’s on when and have to click thru channels one at time which goes back to horrible remote. All first-world inconveniences.
