  The from the front desk to the bartenders to housekeeping and finishing with valet. The staff is unbelievable accommodating. The staff at the front desk saw how stressed I was checking in for a volleyball tournament and they took the reins and made the process so smooth and easy. Thank you to the Valet parking staff Eric and Tyler were beyond superb and helped my family and pack up our luggage cart you guys rock thank you for an awesome stay we will be back!!!

  Our stay for the Andrea Bocelli was not the best. The handles on the sliding glass doors were so loose I had to hand tighten them so they didn't fall off. There was no place to put soap in the shower. The hot and cold water turn ons for the bathroom sink need service they were so hard to turn. The day we were to leave, the Hotel had someone knock on our door wanting to know what time we would be out. That was at 9 am...We thought that was so rude. We will never stay at this Hotel again. We didn't want to forget...after the concert we went to the lounge and waited for 30 minutes and still could not get service.. There was only one bartender. You would think after a concert that the lounge would be busy.

  Very disappointed with my last experience. I have stated this hotel 10 out of the last 12 times that I’ve been in Tampa for a work convention. Upon checkout this week I requested a print-out of the bill for tax purposes and found out that they charged us a $300 smoking fee without notifying us. I promptly called and requested it to be removed but my phone call for the manager was not returned. Obviously, I will be disputing the charge, but I wanted to give them the opportunity to remove it first. Neither myself nor my business partner smoke.

  I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in downtown Tampa and wanted to specifically recognize one of the valet attendants who truly elevated my experience. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted with such a positive attitude and genuine hospitality. She handled my vehicle with care, explained the valet process clearly, and made check-in feel seamless. What impressed me even more was her consistency. When I requested my car during checkout, she was just as attentive and organized as she had been upon arrival. My vehicle was ready promptly, and she made sure everything was in order before sending me off with a warm smile and well wishes for safe travels. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and treats every guest with respect and professionalism. She is a fantastic first and last impression for the hotel. Embassy Suites is lucky to have her on their team! Highly recommend this location based on Fhanay’s excellent service alone.

  I would like to commend Kay for her outstanding service as a valet driver. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely polite, attentive, and professional in her demeanor. She greeted me warmly, listened carefully, and handled my vehicle with great care. Kay is truly amazing at what she does. Her attention to detail, calm confidence, and respectful attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She demonstrated excellent communication skills and ensured that everything was handled efficiently and safely. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. Employees like Kay greatly enhance the reputation of any establishment. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, dedication, and amazing service.
