The rooms were clean and comfortable. I wish we could name all the staff members we interacted with-they were all so friendly! Kamila at the front desk was lovely. Mason and Matthew in the restaurant/bar went above and beyond. All around great experience!

I asked two times the front desk and no one showed up. When I return back at night I see the room was not cleaned and no towels. I asked two times to get towels and finally showed up after two hours.
- JAJuan ArroyoDec 17, 20251.0The hotel stay itself was fine. The issue I have is with a $322.50 “smoking” fee. They claim their smoking sensor showed a spike during our stay. We did not smoke or vape in the room, I was there with my 14 year old daughter. These sensors can also be triggered by candles, hair spray, spray deodorants, perfumes, and other aerosols. I spoke with the front desk and they refused to remove the charge and told me to dispute it with my credit card.
