Check-in was fast and friendly room is great. The best part of it was evening social the bartender Mason very sweet. I told him we were heading to Michigan. He said let me get out the big glasses for you. Lol very nice thank you so much embassy suites

This place is a hidden gem. The interior out shines the exterior. When you walk in the first time you wouldn’t expect to find what’s hidden inside. But they are currently having the exterior redone to make it stand out as much as the inside. Very friendly staff and the general manager is onsite very often and is super helpful and friendly. Chad you run a great establishment. If you get an upper floor room the view down to the lobby is pretty cool. Worth the price and close to everything.

What stood out to me is the incredible food and bar service! I stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. The woman who waited on us was very attentive and sweet. The salmon was amazing! The man who made the omelettes for breakfast did a fantastic job. Mason who assisted with food and bar service made us feel welcome from the first moment we sat down for dinner. He truly made a lasting impression. Every time we had the pleasure of interacting with Mason, he created such a kind and positive atmosphere for us and everyone around him. We had an unforgettable experience because of the wonderful staff!

Kinda dated hotel but definitely very clean, well kept and the staff across their services are friendly, accommodating and very professional. This is definitely our go-to place to stay when visiting our daughter in Tampa Florida.
