We stayed at this location a week ago and the first thing our 3 year old says to us is "what's that smell", the lobby had a funky odor to it, which foreshadowed the rest of the stay....
First off, this location states parking is $18, it actually cost $25.90 after the processing fee and tax.
Now to the room...
First thing we noticed was a unique scent, not a pleasant one, in the room. I turned the air down to get some circulation going and I each exhaust vent had dust and some sort of mold on the outlets (see pictures). The sprinklers had rust on the exterior and some had popcorn ceiling overspray over them. Floor in the bathrooms were dingy and still dirty. The TV was hooked up with extension cords.
This "Embassy Suites" definitely does not live up to the brand or any expectations I had coming in. Steer clear of this location, keep expectations low if you book here.

If you want a quiet night/morning this ain’t it! Stayed here previously and they still allow an employee with a selfish mindset to run their muffler on the car loud as hell. 7am-4:30 pm. Gave them a chance months ago and it only has got worse. Plenty of other hotels nearby.

Worst Embassy we've ever stayed at! Room 1608 sliding door wasn't sealed so hot air was constantly pouring in causing the A/C to kick on, which made the room consistently hot and cold. In addition, the bed was horrible causing both of us to barely sleep and woke up with back pains. The tile floors were absolutely disgusting, requiring towels to be laid down so our socks and feet wouldn't be black and dirty. The tv and remote barely worked and sound was horrible. The place is old and run down, in desperate need of an upgrade. The manager did move us to a better room our 2nd night, so that was a plus.
The only good thing was the on site restaurant chef was amazing with the food and had excellent soup!
Overall, we'll never stay there again, especially at the prices they charged for a lousy place.

We called for the shuttle multiple times at the airport, party of 9 people. We were put on hold for over 15 minutes, tried calling again and were hung up on multiple times. Finally talked to someone who said they would send the shuttle (which we were told the first time) and it still never happened. Finally canceled the shuttle and paid for multiple large Ubers. In the hotel room the living area used to have a balcony door but it is poorly sealed off now so you hear everything outside all night as if sleeping by an open door. Curtain in bedroom is broken so light streams in from sides. Closet and bathroom doors don't actually latch so they slide open (bathroom door lock does not work even is it would latch). And the bathtub drain is clogged so a quick 3 minute shower takes 7 minutes to drain after you shut it off. Overall not worth the cost. Luckily it was only 1 night and we won't use this hotel for any future quick airport stays.

Came here for a work trip. Was very disappointed in this hotel. The room size is nice and spacious. The bed is decent. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn’t show up for their daily refresh to two days. When I asked the staff about it they had to check and make sure that was something they did (it’s on the check in paperwork). They were not particularly friendly. The garage is $22/night. There is no elevator and nobody told me this when I had to unload my luggage and walk it through oncoming traffic within the garage to get to my room. It’s on the paperwork but I hadn’t read it yet. I was put in a room right next to an elevator and the room doesn’t have great sound protection which I especially learned when I was woken up in the middle of the night by a couple nearby… Another thing is that I was not told about the temperature control in the room. My room was cold and I turned the heat on the thermostat but it only came out cold and I struggled to sleep. When I asked them about this they said they had to have an engineer come up and turn a switch. I had them come up night two. By the last night with the fan off my room became too warm but I didn’t feel like calling the engineer again. I like the idea of the daily reception and there were decent snacks (veggies, popcorn, chips) but Drury’s are better. I also had to wait in a long line both nights I went to partake in having an included drink from the bar. When they checked on me via text and I gave them a 2/5 rating, they said they would call me to discuss but never did. I don’t think they care. This place is outdated and I am confident I could find a better hotel next time.
