- MLMaribel LoraDec 19, 20251.0I went as a weekend getaway with my husband because we wanted to remember when we got married that we spent our honeymoon at the Embassy Suites in Westshore. It was nothing special. More like a nightmare. First I was over charged for parking. When I reached out to hotel they advised me that the parking wasn't owed by the Embassy Suites that I needed to contact another number to see about the overcharge. That wasn't resolved it was too much of a hassle. Secondly we couldn't come or go as we choose to go because our keys weren't working. In order for us to leave and get back into our room we had to go to front desk and request someone to excort us to our room, needing to wait in hall until someone came up to let us in. So needless to say it was a hassle. We really couldn't enjoy the freedom of coming and going as we please. The guest in the room next to us must of been a business man because he was in zoom meetings and was talking so loud we hardly couldn't enjoy or rest because it felt that he was in our room he spoke so loud. Finally one time we were escorted into our room we were promised by the Embassy Suites location manager Mr Boyd that he was going to make it right by bringing us back to stay at Embassy Suites. That didn't happen. I've reached out to Mr. Boyd several times without a response. When I checked my account all I see was 5000 points added for service recovery and I don't know how that made it right. BAD EXPERIENCE and being a Hilton owner leaves us disappointed for the service we got.
- DMDJ MerlinDec 13, 20252.0For an embassy suite they had some of the most horrible rooms. I did not even have a desk so I can do my work on. They claim they were completely sold out. However, at the rate that they were charging it's almost embarrassing to call it a Hilton. The outlets near the bed along the lamps don't work. I have to keep plugging My charger back in because it kept slipping out of the outlet on the lamp. Finally gave up and ended up charging my phone in the bathroom.
