I wish I could give zero stars the customer service by itself is terrible, maybe I was expecting too much from Hilton, I made the reservation over the phone and they lied to me about the benefits of booking with them, first and last time!

Been staying here monthly for about 1.5 years now. Everything was just fine until we experienced poor customer service from the night customer service staff (all females). I can’t even describe in words the situation we experienced. Overall, we were supposed to be helped but the one girl ended up leaving to go home and kept us standing there. She told us someone else was going to help us but that was never the case.
The parking situation has changed. It was $18/night before. Now it’s $25/night and you have to register your car each night with the license plate number. It didn’t work for us and we had to keep calling the front desk to open it. This is the most ridiculous parking meter situation I’ve ever experienced. Most garages have a ticket you can just inset and pay- EASY. This experience is not pleasant at all. I even paid $31/night because it wasn’t registering correctly! The front desk guy wasn’t helpful when I tried to explain my situation. He was just going to leave us stranded without coming outside to help… or even just verbally going through the steps with us. I overpaid- he didn’t care.
Breakfast on weekends is served later for some reason. As if guests don’t wake up early while out of town.

Been a sorry stay and i havent made it through the night yet. Get cornered by a timeshare salesperson, then the room ac wouldn't work and some worker came and wasted another hour of my time, changed rooms finally. Then i go to get dinner and a drink and gotta stand in some hour long line because i cant sit at the bar and order? What a complicated crazy place. And dont even think you will get those "2 free drinks" shoot you cant buy one.

The room was fine except the tile floor was filthy. At first I thought just worn but I took a damp tissue and it was so filthy and grimy so I laid towels down all over to cover. Especially silly bad right under bathroom sink. Hotel staff great. Rest of hotel nice.

I called twice before booking to confirm the Peloton bike was working and was assured it was. When I arrived, it was completely broken. I waited nearly three hours for “engineering,” only to be told it couldn’t be fixed. The room was dirty, towels and linens were worn, several outlets didn’t work, and the in-room dining menu didn’t even include an omelet. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect basic brand standards, not this level of neglect. I’ll never stay here again — and others shouldn’t either.I called twice before booking to confirm the Peloton bike was working and was assured it was. When I arrived, it was completely broken.
