Amazing help. Besides one person at the counter. The 8 day sty here was great. This place needs a ht tub and breakfast. There was construction going on which woke us at 8 am. 6 am our time. Not happy with that. Rooms were pretty nice for the cost

Clean and nice hotel overall. The location was good, and the room was clean with a nice view. The only downsides were that water collected in the sink and shower, the pool area was noisy in the mornings, and the air conditioner was extremely loud as my son said, it sounded like an airplane about to land.

Good location. Plumbing in most if not all rooms drains extremely slow, having a 10 min shower will have your tub fill up almost half way, then take the entire night to drain. Back of toilet leaked so water drained out of it (not onto floor) and so the toilet would loudly cycle about every hour. Had to turn the water off at the base of it to stop it. False fire alarm happened twice, once at 4am. That was cool. Careful using hair tools, you will get a smoking charge on your card from the smoke of the tool getting to the smoke detectors. Had to deal with getting 2 $400 smoking charges removed.
Overall I’d just steer clear and pick a less tired hotel.

Una verdadera falta de respeto lo que la gerente del hotel nos hizo. Nos alejaron en un piso que estaban remodelando en medio de nuestra habitación. Piso 3 habitación 320. Al despertar todos los días con el ruido de taladros,rompiendo pisos a las 800am,los 5 días que estuvimos allí. Cuando les reclame fueron altamente groseros con mi esposa y este servidor.

Hotel is overpriced for what it is. Bathroom was really dated. Wall in the lobby was opened up during our stay to fix a drain pipe during our stay. Hotel just seems old on general. I am willing to overlook these. However, the service is pretty terrible here. I accidently left some clothes in my room. I realized I did the day I left after I checked out. I called that day and the person I spoke with wouldn't check, just told me to submit a claim on a website. Submitted a claim and called back multiple days in a row and got the run around from multiple people. Never spoke to anyone who actually checked to see if anything was found. Finally spoke to someone today who didn't check but told me they probably just didn't find my stuff. Seemed like a lot of excuses. For $400 a night you expect a little more than the bare minimum.
