  The hotel is very outdated and worn down. The 2 rooms my group stayed in smelled old and molded. The old sofa had stains. The employees were very nice. This was a very good thing because I was so so disappointed in the rooms including that awful stench that made me nauseous. I couldn't eat because of the smell and appearance.

  Jasmine at the reception desk was a warm welcome after a long travel day. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The whole staff treated us very well.

  We have been traveling alot these past few months...this hotel was by far the best! Amazing shower/water pressure Super comfy beds and pillows Very clean rooms and lobby My ONLY complaint is the 20% gratuity added to the restaurant bill...it should not be added if I call and order my own food AND pick it up myself from the restaurant. 20% to basically self serve myself is silly. Even tho we had been on the road for hours we opted to go get food somewhere else.

  I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Miranda at the front desk tonight. I stopped in late needing help printing some very important documents, and she showed incredible patience and kindness to me and my child during what was a stressful moment. Miranda was extremely helpful and accommodating while assisting with printing, and she was also very respectful of my privacy concerns regarding the documents. She remained calm, attentive, and genuinely caring the entire time. What really stood out was her compassion. My child had started getting a little restless and Miranda showed such kindness and patience, even taking a moment to comfort my child. That meant more than she probably realizes. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a much more peaceful experience. Employees like Miranda truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for her kindness. Thank you again, Miranda!

  The front desk staff were the highlight—incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a bottle of water at check-in. However, the stay was a mixed bag. In our Double Queen room, one bed was comfortable while the other was not. The breakfast buffet was also just okay—nothing special or memorable. Suggested Improvement: Please upgrade the TVs to support Wi-Fi screen mirroring. Having to use an HDMI cable to watch movies from a phone or laptop feels outdated.
