- DBDeana BrunerJan 31, 20262.0This was the worst Holiday inn I have ever stayed at. I arrived around midnight and went straight to sleep, the next morning I saw how disgusting the bathroom was. House keeping didn’t even attempt to clean it. I did not pay almost $200 to use a bathroom with urine all over the floor. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast. It tasted like it was days old. The pancake machine wasn’t working. The only food that tasted fresh was the cinnamon rolls. The front desk told me to email the manager since he is the only one who can authorize a refund. I have sent 3 emails and called the hotel over 15 times for a week trying to speak to the manager! They give me the run around that he just left or is not there but can take a message. The staff has contacted the manager and left messages for me. It should not be this hard to get a hold of someone! I’m contacting the BBB, corporate, and my bank to dispute this charge. This is unacceptable!!! Do better Ravi!!!
