To schedule an appointment please visit the International Programs website.
This facility is officially designated as a Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Department of State. Any members of the local community can apply for a U.S. passport book and/or passport card directly through the FSU passport office.
On-site passport/visa photo services that meet requirements for most countries are also offered.
NOTE: The Department of State requires their fees to be paid via check or money order. Cash is not accepted for any associated fees.
