My only complaint was the tone taken with me when I asked about early check-in/luggage storage. I said "I'm curious if early check-in is possible or if there is anywhere to store my luggage for an hour." Nearly clipping off my question, I'm met with "We don't do early check-in and the storage is full." Maybe she had to answer that question one to many times that weekend, but already I wanted to avoid that woman for the rest of my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room would not drain. We had to call about it twice for someone to fix it. That person also wasn't the most pleasant to speak with. It could have been the same person. I'm not sure. But other than that person (or those people) the staff was nice and the rooms perfectly met our needs.
- AOAnon OOct 21, 20255.0This is the best hotel I've stayed at thus far. The service is amazing! The staff is amazing. It's quiet, clean, and there's an indoor heated pool!! I definitely enjoyed it. The housekeepers are friendly. One housekeeper didn't knock three times, just knocked once and then opened door (but staff did say they would handle it). The mattresses and pillows could be better. Pillows too plush so no firm ones in the mix. King bed mattress is fine, slept well. Queen bed was weighted down as if someone 300lbs plus put a dent in it on one side. The bathroom has dove soap! It smells so good, it's lavender. 😍There is a gym that I didn't use. Hallways are clean and smell good. Everyone is doing awesome!! Definitely ran well. Despite the concerns I will definitely be coming back as they are all easy fixes (hopefully). Thank you for great service, beautiful bathroom btw! My new favorite hotel!!!

- RRRunTommy!Sep 14, 20255.0We stay here everytime we are Tallahassee. The staff is fantastic. Please add hot water for tea and tea bags. I love coffee, my wife loves tea. The low-flow water toilets seemed to have been added since the last time we were there. With any amount of toilet paper, the toilet clogs, and then you have to flush the toilet 6 times, which doesn't save water. We do love this place for it's cleanliness and convenience. Thanks!
