- ALAlyssa Lynch2 days ago1.0Checked in with no direction of where to go, where coffee is, laundry etc. Room surface looks clean left a dirty sponge under the sink with hair on it… 15-20 lady bugs crawling on my ceiling of the bedroom and when I asked if common for bugs on ceilings was told that’s what happens when I’m in the South… I understand I’m in the south however I didn’t think bugs on my ceiling aligns with the IHG clean promise. The laundry room one washer and drier are disgusting I’m talking the one chair in there is stained and there is mold in the washer and the drier smells like burnt rubber… attempted to wash my clothes and I’m pretty sure the came out more dirty then they were drier never dried my clothes. Had to find a laundry service to help. Staff was rude and not helpful besides Miranda and Tate. A staff member was training someone as I waited to be helped and was explaining to the trainee and myself that the previous guest was rude…I’ve never heard of speaking negatively about guests to other guests being ok. Also the breakfast fee for a holiday inn was new and couldn’t take my breakfast to my room which was ridiculous. Either pay 5 dollars to sit down and eat downstairs after my night shift or pay almost 20 dollars to take my breakfast to my room. I had high hopes with great reviews since Holliday inns are my favorite but checked out asap to stay anywhere else…
- MBM Beermann6 days ago4.0This Holiday Inn location is very convenient to I-10 Exit 199. If you are traveling along I-10 through Tallahassee, it is a great place to stay. The employees were very nice and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. I am very sensitive to air quality, and even on the 6th floor, the air in the room was fresh. I also really appreciate that there were no decorative pillows on the bed - just the regular ones for sleeping. The only thing that was not perfect was the mattress in my room. It was extremely firm. Extremely. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, and I would be willing to stay again.

My family was in a horrific accident I-10 , they stayed here for 93 dollars I asked if she could help me by letting me purchase a separate room for 5 hours and she said the lowest she can go was for 109 then 100 dollars after lying to my partner who’s out of the state helping me book this emergency room in addition to that she lied about her computer systems not working while flirting with the security guard .. Got it for 46$ next door. I just wanted to at-least be in the same building as injured parents so I can take them back Home. AVOID ! 2:30 am December 7th
