I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Miranda at the front desk tonight. I stopped in late needing help printing some very important documents, and she showed incredible patience and kindness to me and my child during what was a stressful moment. Miranda was extremely helpful and accommodating while assisting with printing, and she was also very respectful of my privacy concerns regarding the documents. She remained calm, attentive, and genuinely caring the entire time. What really stood out was her compassion. My child had started getting a little restless and Miranda showed such kindness and patience, even taking a moment to comfort my child. That meant more than she probably realizes. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a much more peaceful experience. Employees like Miranda truly make a difference, and I’m very grateful for her kindness. Thank you again, Miranda!

Draging tired checking in, and they charged us a $65 incidental charge because we don't have there credit card. Seniors and that's the way we get treated. Is that it or because we would dispute fraudulent charges. Rooms was clean n proper, and bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff were the highlight—incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering a bottle of water at check-in. However, the stay was a mixed bag. In our Double Queen room, one bed was comfortable while the other was not. The breakfast buffet was also just okay—nothing special or memorable. Suggested Improvement: Please upgrade the TVs to support Wi-Fi screen mirroring. Having to use an HDMI cable to watch movies from a phone or laptop feels outdated.

Front desk gentleman was extremely rude. Definitely thinks he’s a know it all and had an attitude with me. Also they are the only hotel I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer juice. They charge $4 for juice and only offer coffee and water. Won’t stay here again or let alone another holiday inn for that matter. I’ll say with my usual Marriott

Amanda the front office receptionist was amazing. She was so friendly and her attitude was outstanding. She made me feel so welcome. I checked in on the Thursday 26th checked out 28th Feb. My stay was amazing. Amanda was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Amanda for making my stay amazing... ❤️ 💕 💓
