Management did not help nor did she apologized for the lack of service. Justin did the best he could but his management failed him. Absolutely no reason to wait three hours for food that wasn’t even cooked yet.

During the booking we expressed that we would have a large group and would be dining at the restaurant as well. We followed up a week prior to ensure they would be prepared for our group of about 40 for the team dinner. When our coach checked in the day of he advised we had a large group and would be at the restaurant at 7pm. When we arrived there was one person (Justin) seating, bar tending, serving and possibly cooking. He promptly took our orders and began helping our group. He was doing everything he could to assist however, had no support and management refused to provide and support or assistance. Long summary 3 hours later several families did not get food and others received food that was not edible. Justin did the best he could however management is less than helpful and unconcerned with experience or quality. Very disappointing experience at a great location with a strong brand. Would not recommend this location to any other groups at this time.
