  I don’t understand one of these people try to charge over $200 a night when the other hotels in the area are at $60 a night. I guess everybody has bills to pay but damn 200 was steep

  Don’t call someone up in the middle of the night to say the payment didn’t go through. Get it squared away at check in + you already have my card in the app. Awful service.

  This is the worst treatment I've experienced at any hotel I've ever been to. And i travel for work. The manager came to our room (before our scheduled check out time) to inform us that we should've been gone already. He was extremely rude and aggressive. The hotel clerk on the way out was of the same caliber human. Very strange considering we confirmed the checkout time with the night clerk 10 hours prior. The rooms were not fully cleaned. The hotel was empty (shocker) and still, they couldn't wait to kick us out early. If you'd like to be treated with respect as a welcomed guest, pick a different hotel.

  This was the worst Holiday inn I have ever stayed at. I arrived around midnight and went straight to sleep, the next morning I saw how disgusting the bathroom was. House keeping didn’t even attempt to clean it. I did not pay almost $200 to use a bathroom with urine all over the floor. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast. It tasted like it was days old. The pancake machine wasn’t working. The only food that tasted fresh was the cinnamon rolls. The front desk told me to email the manager since he is the only one who can authorize a refund. I have sent 3 emails and called the hotel over 15 times for a week trying to speak to the manager! They give me the run around that he just left or is not there but can take a message. The staff has contacted the manager and left messages for me. It should not be this hard to get a hold of someone! I’m contacting the BBB, corporate, and my bank to dispute this charge. This is unacceptable!!! Do better Ravi!!!

  I stayed here recently for a short trip to visit FSU, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience. The location is excellent if you have business at the university literally minutes away, which made moving around super easy. The check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and quick to help with extra towels and directions. My room was clean, reasonably modern, and the bed was comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. A few things could be improved you can definitely hear traffic and hallway noise, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might notice it. Breakfast had a decent variety, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. Wish they kept items stocked a little more consistently, though. Despite the small issues, I’d stay here again. The convenience to campus, cleanliness, and staff made it a good choice for the price.
