  Location is good. Rooms are extremely out of date. Does not feel like a modern hotel. The first room they put us in the toilet had a nice surprise in and it wouldn't flush. They moved us rooms and the phone didn't work. For the price I would find another hotel. This one needs upgrades bad!!

  This place is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. The condition of the rooms is horrifying, and the bedbugs are ridiculous. This is not just a minor issue — it’s clearly an infestation. I even showed them pictures and the bites, and they still refused to admit there was a problem. The bugs were visible and the bites were obvious, yet the staff acted like it was nothing. The entire place is filthy. It looks like basic cleaning isn’t even being done. Dead bugs, dirt, and a general feeling of neglect everywhere. It’s shocking that a business can operate in this condition. Management’s response was exactly what you’d expect from people who clearly do not care about their customers or basic sanitation. What makes it worse is their attitude when you bring up the problem. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the issue, they dismiss you and act like you’re the problem. Your response is typical of someone who doesn’t care about customers at all. For a place that can’t even keep the property clean, you should honestly be ashamed of yourselves. If you value your health, your money, or basic cleanliness, stay far away from this place. Unless you want to deal with bedbugs, filth, and management that refuses to take accountability, do not stay here.

  One of the better run and nicer hotels that we have stayed in. Jennifer at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, as well as the rest of the staff. Susan, the breakfast- room hostess was an absolute delight. Could not have come across as more pleasant and professional.

  We stayed one night for the Savana Banana game. We were permitted to check in a couple of hours early. Clean establishment. Bed is more firm than I prefer. Waffle maker was broken. Hotel was packed, probably sold out. They kept breakfast items stocked and fresh, keeping up with the crowd. Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, bananas, apples, yogurt, coffee, and juices. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to the interstate. Hotel was quiet, despite the number of people booked.
