  The staff members consisting of Rose, Rasheda, and Jawan were highly professional and super helpful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

  We were genuinely looking forward to this stay, as a hotel with a kitchen is a necessity for us, and the location appeared convenient for our travel needs. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below acceptable standards. Upon entering the room, we discovered blood on the comforter and chair. This was not a standard blanket but a duvet with a removable duvet cover, which indicates that the cover was not changed between guests. The presence of blood is not only disturbing but constitutes a **biohazard**, raising serious concerns about housekeeping practices and overall guest safety. This issue is especially troubling given the signage displayed in the lobby stating the hotel offers a *“Clean Room Guarantee.”* Based on the condition of our room, that guarantee was clearly not upheld. A situation involving visible blood on bedding should never occur in a properly cleaned and inspected room. We selected this hotel based on its generally positive reviews and the expectation of a clean, safe environment. Regrettably, this experience has significantly undermined our trust. We will not be staying at this location again, nor will we choose Candlewood Suites in the future. A formal complaint will be filed to address this matter.

  This was a suite that had a mini kitchen (room 139). There wasn't any instructions on how to use the stove and the knob was missing. 😕 The front desk clerk tried to pull a knob from another room but was unsuccessful. Thank goodness my husband had pliers to turn the timer ⏲️which was the only way to turn on the stove top. Love the regular size refrigerator instead of the normal college sized one that are normally in hotel rooms.

  Front desk staff was very unfriendly. The elderly guest checking in before me asked about places to eat and was told any direction there’s food. True enough, but maybe help a little more for your out of town guests. When I stepped to the counter, there was no greeting, just a terse “give me a minute”. Now, I am the only person checking in, I’m not in a hurry, so it’s okay, but keep the attitude. I am pretty sure when I made the reservation I didn’t opt for someone else’s bad mood. As an IHG Platinum Elite guest, I don’t really ask for anything extra, but it is nice to be welcomed upon arrival, thanked for being a loyal customer and asked if I want an amenity or points. None of those occurred.
