  I was really disappointed with my stay. When I pulled back the covers, there were visible stains all over the sheets. It was honestly unsettling and made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. I requested a new room because that’s simply not acceptable. On top of that, the shower water temperature was impossible to regulate. The dial would swing from scalding hot to freezing cold with almost no middle ground. I had to constantly adjust it the entire time just to avoid getting burned or blasted with cold water. Clean sheets and functional plumbing are the bare minimum for a hotel stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those basic expectations.

  This hotel is the stuff of nightmares. The pictures online do not accurately reflect what is in store for those staying at this establishment. After seeing my room, I was shocked at the terrible shape the room was in. Everything was dated and filthy. Various stains on the carpet and other soft surfaces gave me pause. The bathroom looked like it had a sepia tone filter, but I was viewing it with my own two eyes. Also, they are not transparent about smoking and nonsmoking rooms, and I doubt theres much difference anyway. I ended up canceling my stay and opted to sleep on a concrete floor of an office instead of staying at this hotel. I daresay, I got a more restful night of sleep in doing so. My only compliment is that I was able to checkout quickly, although I was forced to pay for one night's stay + tax as per their unforgiving cancelation policy, which I find rather predatory.

  Best Western let me down this time. 1st room they put us in the toilet wouldn't flush. The desk clerk called maintenance and they said it would take about 30 min for the tank to refill the it would flush.🤢 The very nice clerk moved us to a suite. The thermostat didn't work right. It was either freezing or hot. The water in the sink was warm no matter which way you turned the valve. Carpet had big lumps in it. No scald guard in the shower so it was hard to control the water temp. It looks like a bargain but you get what you pay for. Best Western should not attach thier name to this motel, it not up to thier usual standards for sure.

  This is in a good location as far as its proximity to the parkway. Employees are friendly. Room is decent. Other guests were partying outside the entire night so they were extremely loud and kept anyone from sleeping. It doesn’t have the best vibes at night outside. I wouldn’t suggest walking to the store at 2 am but 2 pm should be safe.
