It didn't matter what staff I was interacting with or even just passing, they would say good morning or hello. The breakfast and gym were also really good! The price was very much worth it. We come every year for Christmas and we will keep coming back.

The noise was so bad that we couldn’t sleep at all. The front desk should never have assigned those rooms to guests who were so disruptive. It completely ruined our night and our experience at the hotel. “We were so exhausted that we didn’t even think to call the front desk. We kept hoping the noise would die down soon, but we ended up drifting in and out of sleep until morning. If we had known they would keep making noise until 6 AM — the time we actually had to get up — we definitely would have called to complain.”
