Unfortunately, our experience fell far below acceptable standards. Upon entering the room, we discovered blood on the comforter and chair. This was not a standard blanket but a duvet with a removable duvet cover, which indicates that the cover was not changed between guests. The presence of blood is not only disturbing but constitutes a **biohazard**, raising serious concerns about housekeeping practices and overall guest safety. This issue is especially troubling given the signage displayed in the lobby stating the hotel offers a *“Clean Room Guarantee.”* Based on the condition of our room, that guarantee was clearly not upheld. A situation involving visible blood on bedding should never occur in a properly cleaned and inspected room. We selected this hotel based on its generally positive reviews and the expectation of a clean, safe environment. Regrettably, this experience has significantly undermined our trust. We will not be staying at this location again, nor will we choose Candlewood Suites in the future. A formal complaint will be filed to address this matter.

There wasn't any instructions on how to use the stove and the knob was missing. 😕 The front desk clerk tried to pull a knob from another room but was unsuccessful. Thank goodness my husband had pliers to turn the timer ⏲️which was the only way to turn on the stove top. Love the regular size refrigerator instead of the normal college sized one that are normally in hotel rooms.
