  The best place to stay in Doral! Very nice rooms and comfy beds, some exercise equipment in every room, and the friendliest hotel staff in Miami!

  The bartender (Eric?, curly hair, great smile) was amazing. I’ve gone to many bars across the country and he is top notch amongst all of them. I cannot speak any higher of his professionalism and work ethic. Between taking care of patrons and the bar, he was very easy to communicate with. I cannot emphasize this enough. He has a great attitude and works incredibly hard without complaint. I have witnessed him stay late twice, for the sake of the business. Promote him if a position is available.

  This hotel have been my home for one month and I can’t give less than five stars in all the services. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull and always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were always clean, Raquel, Jacob, Jason at the restaurant were amazing, Lilian and Mario at front desk were always So professional and kind. I would definitely recomend this hotel to all my friends.

  I am adding and responding to the hotel comments. I stated I had contacted the hotel in multiple occasions and nothing had been done. I also just try to contact the hotel for another chance and not answer. I think you are not stick to your policy and what you had asked to do. I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent experience at IHG and Even Hotel in Doral. During my stay, a deposit was withdrawn from my account as expected. However, it has now been over a month since my departure, and I have yet to receive the return of those funds. This delay is unacceptable. What is even more concerning is the lack of communication and professionalism demonstrated by the management team. Neither the General Manager Melissa nor the Assistant Manager Nicholas has made any effort to speak with me directly or provide a clear resolution. Instead, I have been given inconsistent information and repeated runarounds, which has led me to question the integrity of your handling of this matter. At this point, I feel as though my concerns are not being taken seriously, and the situation gives the impression that my funds are being wrongfully withheld.
