  Was very impressed with this Even hotel, our first time. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice even recommended us great place to have lunch at after of course letting us know there was also a restaurant in the hotel. Room was very pleasing and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice clean and had a glass door shower how we like it. Breakfast was just enough and staff was very inviting Will definitely come back and recommend

  Shows they have a casino amenity on Priceline, they have no casino. They also advertise that there’s a happy hour with some food items but I was told they no longer have any happy hour food, and happy hour is only for beer and wine, no cocktails, no food… so change your sign. The food was also disgusting. Everything tasted air fry even the French fries.

  EVEN Hotel Miami Doral exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, spotless, and has a fresh, calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable I especially appreciated the wellness touches and how quiet everything felt at night. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also a huge plus close to great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the airport. The fitness center is one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, and the overall focus on health and well being really sets this place apart. Whether you’re traveling for business or a quick getaway, EVEN Hotel in Doral is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

  Pior hotel que já ficamos! De fato Tudo é limpo e confortável. Mas simplesmente ficaram passando nosso cartão de débito sem autorização, passaram 800 dólares e acabou atrapalhando nossa experiência em Miami, quando íamos tentar resolver falavam que tinha que esperar o banco reembolsar, até que reembolsaram 560 dólares, sendo que passaram primeiro 579 dólares, pagamos juros por algo que o hotel foi responsável, depois passaram mais 130 no cartão, depois mais 100, disseram não estarem entendendo isso e que seríamos reembolsados, mas ainda está faltando 230 dólares!!! Péssima experiência

  ⭐️ 1 Star – Absolutely Unacceptable This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were scheduled to check in on a Saturday, and due to credit card fraud on Friday, my card was compromised and temporarily declined. Instead of handling this like a normal hotel, Even Hotel Miami–Doral ran ALL credit cards on the day of check-in — before guests even arrived. Remind you, we were at the hotel by 11am and check-in was not until 4pm. Because my card declined (for reasons completely out of my control), they canceled my reservation without warning and then conveniently told me they were overbooked. When I asked to see where this policy was stated, they could not show me anything. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges your card for the full stay before you even check in, especially without clear disclosure. To make it worse, they claimed they could “accommodate” us on the other nights (I had booked 3 nights with them— just not the Saturday we actually needed, because they had already given our room away. We spent 4 hours trying to find another hotel ourselves. All they wanted us to do was travel back to an affiliated hotel by the airport that they owned, but was 45 minutes away. Translation: they only care about securing payment, not honoring reservations or taking care of guests. No flexibility. No empathy. No accountability. Just payment-driven policies and zero customer service.
