However, during my recent stays, I noticed a very strong mothball odor that was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax comfortably in the space. Unfortunately, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that my upcoming reservation was cancelled shortly after I brought up the issue. I would like to understand why this decision was made and whether there's an opportunity to resolve the situation. I value our previous interactions and hope we can continue on good terms.
