However, during my recent stays, I noticed a very strong mothball odor that was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax comfortably in the space. I mentioned this concern with the intention of giving helpful feedback, not to cause any conflict. Unfortunately, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that my upcoming reservation was cancelled shortly after I brought up the issue. I would like to understand why this decision was made and whether there's an opportunity to resolve the situation. I value our previous interactions and hope we can continue on good terms. - NWNicolette WrightAug 12, 20252.0The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to I-95 expressway and there's plenty of restaurants near by. There's also a Publix Supermarket down the street. The free breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Every morning my family and I came downstairs we had to wait to eat because the staff member that ran the kitchen only brought out a plate of eggs at a time to replenish the heated food tray. The attendant was VERY SLOW at replenishing food, which I'm assuming is a way for the company to save money. Staff here was not pleasant at all. The only thing I ate were the cinnamon rolls and the sausage links. I will NOT be returning to this hotel. I didn't feel welcomed at all.
- JMjames mcvickerJul 18, 20253.0Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are nice. I stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. The 3rd floor hallway was over 80° and smelled like moth balls. The pool was decent, but closed to swimming after dusk. The free continental breakfast was adequate, offering scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Beverages offered included coffee, juice, and milk. It is located right off of the expressway, with Wendy's, Dunkin' Donuts, and La Forchetta all in the parking lot.
