- NJNicole Jordan3 days ago5.0Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. Check-in was pleasant, friendly, and swift. Accommodations were well maintained and sanitized. The grounds are well maintained and bring a sense of comfort, peace, serenity, and relaxation. The outdoor grill area is fit for family reunions and the gazebo with swings is a nice area to enjoy the day and curl up with a book while the fire pit is a lovely way to spend the evening with a cup of hot chocolate and chat with friends or enjoy the starlit sky. The breakfast area is well stocked, maintained, sanitized and provides a delicious and filling breakfast as well as other light items offered as well. The staff are all friendly and eager to help you. Their warm smiling faces make you feel at ease. The stay strive to ensure your stay is pleasant and I noticed they often walk the grounds which made me feel safe during my stay. I will definitely be staying again and will refer all my family and friends as well. The stay felt like a true home away from home.

I left there and came in at almost midnight needing a room and Lorenzo was the best help! They were able to get us into a comfy, clean room for the night and we had a delicious, hot breakfast the next morning. Lorenzo was patient, kind, and professional! 12/10 customer service!!! Thank you best western Starke, and especially Lorenzo, for saving the day (well, night)!

Room was modern and spotless (no carpet!). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, and hot food and coffee were fresh. Hotel is in the town of Starke, so would be missed if you stayed on the 301 bypass. Definitely will stay here again.
