I want to start with the positives first:
1. Amazing Location - Shares parking lot with Walmart & stones throw away from Dunkin.
2. Daily hot breakfast - Even though the menu does not change but they have variety of eggs (not the boring scrambled eggs), fresh pancakes, protein choices, cereal etc.
3. The shuttle service to beach.
Now would like to list the multiple service failures during our stay, which significantly affected the overall quality & experience of our trip. In hospitality, even a single lapse can leave a negative impression unfortunately, we encountered several.
1. The breakfast service staff never smiled even once. Felt more like they were not happy to be working there. We don’t like to judge people but they were definitely unhappy to be there.
2. There was a clear breakdown in communication between the front desk and housekeeping. Despite informing the reception at 8:00 AM of our request for room cleaning, this was not relayed to the appropriate staff until much later in the day. When we followed up at 4:00 PM, the housekeeping supervisor who initially declined the request, then assured us the room would be cleaned promptly. However, after waiting an additional hour with no action, we had to contact the front desk multiple times and ultimately escalate the matter to the manager before the room was finally serviced. BTW conversation with manager was also least pleasant. There was no ownership, just excuses and defensive.
3. When we approached a housekeeping staff member on the 4th floor regarding the delay, we were met with highly unprofessional behavior and inappropriate language, which was both surprising and unacceptable.
One of the primary reasons we chose a hotel at a significantly higher cost over an Air BNB was the expectation of consistent cleanliness and daily housekeeping. Instead, our room went unserviced for two consecutive days, and we ended up using the same linens for three nights. It was only after repeated follow-ups that any action was taken. Staff we encountered were not fit for the roles (manager, supervisor) in hospitality industry.
Overall, this experience fell well below expectations and unfortunately overshadowed our entire stay. As a result, we will not be returning and feel compelled to share our experience with others, specially Costco customers who pay $$ for the stay and experience.

Quartos: Tamanho bom, ar condicionado eficiente, agua quente, frigobar, pia e microndas.
Segurança: nos pareceu super seguro.
Café da Manhã: simples, mas OK. Tinha panquecas, suco, café, leite, iogurte, pães, bacon, hamburgues, ovos mexidos e demais padrão americano.
Estacionamento: grátis e com bastante vagas.
Atendimento: sem problemas. Recepcionistas simpáticos e cordeais.
It's my second time staying at this location. Staff are professional and friendly. They were helpful and courteous! Rooms were clean and housekeeping kept up with daily supply of linen! Breakfast options were generous. It's walking distance to Walmart and Texas Roadhouse and 10 minutes to the beach. I recommend Texas Roadhouse! I enjoyed my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express during our recent family vacation to Florida. Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson joined us from Chicago, and the hotel provided the perfect home base for enjoying the sunshine and nearby beaches.
The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable.
On our final day, our grandson became ill, and Robert went above and beyond to assist us with fresh linens quickly and without hesitation. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier for our family.
Having worked in Franchise Operations for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was among the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to us and will absolutely be returning in the future.
Tolles Hotel, waren 5 Nächte hier, Zimmer waren sauber. Und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück unter der Woche war besser als am Wochenende (warum auch immer gab es am Wochenende kein Joghurts) auch die Zimmer wurden manchmal sehr später gereinigt 15-16 Uhr, haben dann auf die Reinigung verzichtet und haben nur schnell die Handtücher getauscht. Whirlpool und der Pool sind sauber, allerdings kleiner als auf den Bilder und solltet man definitiv nutzen. Besonders Gut hat uns das kostenlose Shuttle gefallen, alles in 5 Meilen Entfernung konnte am Empfang gebucht werden.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Lautstärke und das Verhalten anderer Gäste, Wir hatten ein Baseball Team im Hotel die Jugendlichen wussten leider nicht wie man sich benimmt - Übergeben sich im Flur, schmierten Pommes an die Zimmer Tür anderer Gäste und knallten Nachts die Türen und rannten über den Flur.
